Providing plain cement concrete M-15 with clean black hard granite stone aggregates of 40mm & down graded size of approved quality from approved quarry consistent with strength & cover of concrete & laying in position in layers not exceeding 150mm thick in the proper packing by means of vibrator to proper slope and to the required level including hoisting lowering laying concrete providing side shuttering & finishing all exposed surface smooth supplying & working of pumps, labour & T&P articles & all machineries, dewatering if required with cost conveyance, royality of all materials complete in all respect as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC of design mix of M-25 grade having specified characteristics compressive strength/ target mean strength of 250kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 216/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate of 20mm and down graded sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987 & IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering ,shuttering including cost, conveyance, royality of all labour machineries etc. required for the work complete in all respects as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of tor steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position ( to be paid separately as required for RCC works)

Providing & laying 50mm thick in 2 layers of 25 mm thick each mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 13.20 mm nominal size @ 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10cm centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 100 degree centigrade, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface all complete as per clause 515 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge work (4th Revision) & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC of design mix of M-30 grade having specified characteristics compressive strength/ target mean strength of 300kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 216/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate of 20mm down graded sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987 & IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering , shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of tor steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position ( to be paid separately as required for RCC works)

Supply of HYSD bars confirming to gradeFe-500 cutting bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor (standard CO-efficient of different sizes of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC-21/1987)

Providing fitting & fixing strip seal expansion joints at the edges of the slab with suitable anchoring arrangements by 12mm. M.S. Bars as per MOST design & drawing including fitting, fixing & welding with 6 mm. plates & filling joints of wearing coat with bitumen joint filler 12 mm. thick & joint sealing compound at top including painting of exposed surface of M.S. covered plates with anticorrosive bitumanstic paint etc. with cost, conveyance of all materials labour & T&P etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying tar paper of approved quality as per specification of MORTH filling the joints with approved joint sealing compound as required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying two coats of water based cement paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescense and applying paint @ 1 litre per 02 Sqm etc. including cost of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Furnishing and laying of live sods of perennial turf forming Grass on embankment slope, verges or other locations shown on the drawing including ransportation of turfs by mechanical means with all leads & lifts and placing of turfs in position and ramming with thapies including watering and cost of labour & all materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments of desgned thickness on slope using 30cm and above size hard broken granite stones of approved quality free from weathering skin and from approved quarry including filling the interestices with small stones spalls etc. with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and labour T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respects (the weight of each stone shall not be less than 50kg to 70kg) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Weepholes in brick masonry / stone masonry, plain / reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 of MORD specification for Rural roads and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Supplying and fixing of RCC Guard post of 150 mm dia and 1M long in RCC (1:2:4) using 20 mm & down graded black hard granite crusher broken chips of approved quality from approved quarry including centering, shuttering, watering, curing and ramming with cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials inlcuding cost, conveyance of MS/ TS rod, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Back filling with granular material by using sand behind the abutment and wing wall including watering and ramming by means of plate compactor with cost, conveyance and royality of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P reuired for the work complete in all respect (measurement will be taken for compacted section) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing& laying filter media with stone crushed aggregates of 45mm size satisfying the requirement laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRTH specification to thickness of not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall & provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wingwall & return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drwawing & technical specification clauses and as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all leads & lifts, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5KM spreading, grading to required slope & compoacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MOSTRH Specification for Roads & Bridge works (4th Revision) including cost of all materials, labour charges, machineries, T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Loosening, levelling & compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 500mm, mixed with water at OMC & then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in table 300-2 for embankment construction & clause 305 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular subbase Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on repared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer in Charge

Providin, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means for low porosity surface including cost, conveyance, royalty of materials, labour charges, T&P etc, required for the work complete as per clause 502 of MoRT&H specification and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS -1) at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer using mechanical means including cost, conveyance, royalty of materials, labour charges, T&P etc, required for the work complete as per clause 503 of MoRT&H specification and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providin & laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment & roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) Page-169 Item -45

Providin & laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concret with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment, roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works

Supplying, fixing and laying R.C.C. Hume pipes of NP3 class(confirming to relevant IS specification) for culverts including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:3 including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
