1st class Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation & Plinth using clamp burnt bricks of 9" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg./sq.cm including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering and cur belling, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete of M20 grade concrete with clean hard crusher broken granite chips of 20mm downgraded size of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete with necessary slope and smoothness to receive tar felting or terracing, watering and curing for four weeks, centring, shuttering and finishing the exposed surface and ceiling smooth to receive white washing or painting providing grooves or beads and fan hooks as per requirement in ceiling where necessary, cost of water, including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of M.S rods or Tor steel and binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending and binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Finishing Wall painting two coats with Weather seal paint of approved shade over a coat of priming on new work to give an even shade with approved shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Ground Floor)

Priming one coat with approved Water Bound Wall cement Primer on Plastered Surface in Ground Floor including cost, conveyance, loading,unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials,cost of all labour, sundries, T & P required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S doors and windows shutters of approved design in proper position making good to the damges of walls of R.C.C or other structural etc. including mending or cutting sizes or grooves in chaukhats with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials required for the work, labour and T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for fixing of M.S doors and windows shutters of approved design in proper position making good to the damges of walls of R.C.C or other structural etc. including mending or cutting sizes or grooves in chaukhats with cost, conveyance, taxes, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Ground Floor)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100km weight to achieve the desired densityincluding lighting,barricadding and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406.etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and laying of factory made hydraulically pressed and mechanically compacted free cast interlocking 80 mm thick PAVER blocks of Samudyam make / equivalent of 80mm thick of approved quality, colour and size in all floors at all height sand bedding layer through vibrator compation by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and finishing the surface includind cutting of blocks at the edges with all labour and materials cost etc. work complete in all respect (excluding GST) as per specification and as direction by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats over wood/steel surface with approved shade and quality to enamel paint over a coat of primer of approved quality in all floors and all heights including preparing the surface, watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries and T&P. etc. required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
