The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar type and magnitude of works. The bidder should have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost, put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five years. The value of work executed by the applicant shall be updated to current price level using escalation factor. The bidder should have experience in executing works of similar nature and complexity, and have the total financial turn over in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 financial years taken together of the last proceeding five financial years. The bidder should have prior work experience of similar nature and volume over the last five years from the date of receipt of the bid. The details of similar nature of works executed should be certified by the concerned Executive Engineer. The value and percentage of similar works completed to be provided include: - Value of work already executed - Value of works remaining to be completed - The bidder should have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost - The escalation factor of 10 percent per year is used to update the value of work executed - The total financial turn over in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 financial years taken together of the last proceeding five financial years. The bidder needs to provide information on the work performed as a prime contractor, including project name, name of employer, description of work, value of contract, and contract period. The year-wise value of work done as per the certificate furnished should also be provided. The amount is to be provided in Rs. in lakhs.
