Finishing wall with two coats of weather coat approved shade on new work two coats, over a coat of priming, to give an even shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of side hung door of approved make to be febricted from roll formed sections made of prepainted steel ( base steel as per IS - 513 of 6mm thick "D" quality, galvanized as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 gm / sqm) with paint specification being with primer of 5-7 mocrons and finished paint with polyster paint (Black/Pearl white/ Chocolate brown) of 12 - 16 microns along with the alkyd backer at the back of 5-7 microns and the sizes of outer frame being of 46 x 52mm and shutter being of 46 x 46mm and lock rail and bottom rail should of 23 x 130mm. Accessories / gaskets are to be used as per the manufactures supp;y and specification like handle and lock of approved quality. Hinges made up of 2.50mm thick. Gasket will be made of EPDM. All corner brackets are to be made of CRCA with zinc phosphating. The sections are to be cut to length, mitre joined with corner bracket and frame are fixed to concrete / masonary walls by means of self expanding screws and board to be of 9mm pre-laminated with all taxes complete.

Supplying fitting fixing fully glased alluminium framed openable windows using 15 micron anodized OEL alluminium section 2082 as out section, 9139 as mullion section ,4124 as ashutter section frame with tapered clip of section 4125 alluminium angle rubber bidding friction stay and handle etc with 5mm black glass etc complete.

Painting two-coats with any approved enamel paint over one coat primer including all cost, conveyance,tax, cess of all materials, labour, T&P etc., required for the work as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
