Labour for fitting,fixing of M.S.grills as per approved design including cost of screws with cost of all labour, T&P and CESS required for the work etc, complete excluding cost & conveyance of M.S.Door/Window in all respects as directed by Engineer-In-Charges.

Painting two coats with approved enamel paints of approved colour, shade over a coat of primer on iron including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyances of all materials and cost of all labour etc, complete as per specification & direction of E.I.C.

Dismantling and removing 2.5cm (1”) thick artificial stone flooring including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m away from work site including cost of all labour with T & P,Cess required for the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete of (1:2:4) using 12mm and down graded size hard granite stone aggregate including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete including cost, conveyance, Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges , , labour, Cess & T&P & all other materials required for the work complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Vetrified tile of premium grade having thickness 8mm to 10mm conforming to IS 13756 of size 60cm x 60cm plain (Ivory) in floors with application of polymer modified cement based water resistance adhesive bed of required thickness of 10 mm and filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost, conveyance, Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges complete required for the work as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(for repair work only)

Providing and fixing Vertified tiles in dados, skirtings and risers of steps on 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including cost, conveyance, Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering one coats to the wall surfaceincluding cost of distemper with conveyance royalities andof allmaterials and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

White washing two coats with good shell lime of approved quality over the interrior surface of the wall and ceiling including cost of all labour charges as required for the work with c of all materials and cost of indigo blue with T&P,article and Cess etc, complete in all respect in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls two coats with any approved weather coat paint of approved quality & shade on new work with priming one coat to give an even shade with brush to interior walls surface after cleaning the surface including cost of plastic emulsion paint with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with CESS etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing fitting,fixing of AI.door with OEL anodized AI.door section of 9202 as vertical member, 9201 as top member and 9200 as bottom and middle member and 12mm thick pre-laminated board fixed on door frame by means of tapered clip no. 4660 and the frame to be completed by means of jointing angle no. 1855 includingcost of all labour T&P,Cess hire charges of drilling machineetc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation in foundation in hard soil including hard moorum, stoney earth mixed with boulders (except sheet rock & builders requiring blasting) with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour, Cess and T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation with course sand well watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges of all materials, and labour with T&P required for the work including Cess etc complete. (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) using 40mm size clean hard black granite crusher broken metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6") thick to the required level ramming, watering & Curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges of all materials with all& royalties and all labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete including dewatering if required as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Fly Ash brick masonary in Cement Mortar (1:6) in Superstructure plinth using-fly ash-brick of 23cm X 11cm X 8cm size having a crushing strength in between 75kg to 100 kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & corbelling watering and curring for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost, conveyance, Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges of all materials & labour required for the work with all& royalties with all T&P & Cess etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. RCC work of grade M-25 having a minimum compressive strength in work text of 200Kg/cm2 in15cm cubesat 28daysafter mixing and tests conducted using 10mm to 20mm size (20mm not to exceed 25 percent) crusher black broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting,lowering and laying concrete by using vibrators watering and curing for four weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth to receive painting or white or clour wasing providing grooves or beads where neCessary including cost, conveyance, Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges ,and royalties of all materials and labour required for the worketc, complete with all T&P and Cessin all respect but execludingcost of reinforcement MS rods or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 guage and labour charges etc, complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Straightening, cutting, bending bent up or coiled rods, including cranking, hooking, welding or jointing the HYSD bars or tor confirming to I.S. 432 (Plain) and 1785 (Tor) steel and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position required for R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and cost of all labour etc.complete in all respect.

Dismantling and removing R.C.C. columns, beams, slab, staircase, landing lintels including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50M lead away from work site including cost of all labour with T & P required for the work as per direction of EIC.
