Random rubble hard granite stone masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth with hard black broken granite stone of approved size and quality and from approved quarry including splays cutting circular moulding and similar such type of work with neCessaryprojections, chamfering and corbelling watering and curing etc, complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with alland royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

2.5cm (1") Damp proof course with cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering laying & compacting concrete etc, watering curing cost & conveyance of all materials && royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges with all labour T&P required for the work including Cess etc complete including side shuttering in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Fly Ash brick masonary in Cement Mortar (1:6) in foundation/Superstructure using-fly ash-brick of 23cm X 11cm X 8cm size having a crushing strength in between 75kg to 100 kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & corbelling watering and curring for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost & conveyance of all materials royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, & labour & cess etc required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Superstructure

R.C.C. work ofproportion(1:1:5:3) using 12mm size hard black crusherbroken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying & compacting concrete, watering and curing for 4 weeks, centering, shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth to recieve painting or white or colour wasing providing grooves or beads where neCessary with cost, conveyance, royality, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, of all materials and labour with T&P, Cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charge for straightening, cutting, bending, binding etc. of the M.S. Rods or Tor steel and binding wire and laying the grills and placing in proper position etc complete and as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge. RCC Plinth Beam

Straightening bent up or coiled rods cutting bending,binding, cranking hooking, welding jointing (if required) the M.S.Rods or Tor steel & binding wires and binding tying the grills hoisting lowering & placing in proper position as required for RCC works with cost conveyance of M.S. Rods or Tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour required for the work with Cess etc,complete in all floors (weight of binding wire will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of M.S. Rods or Tor steel only) as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster in C.M (1:6) finsihed smooth to out side brick walls after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and laobur required for the work with royalties, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges & Cess etc, complete in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface two coats with any approved weather shield cement paint to outer wall surface after celaning surface including cost of paint watering curing with cost conveyance of all materials, labour and Cess etc required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
