Surface dressing for patch & pot hole repair work with 12Kg. penetration grade of bitumen and 0.15 cum of chips per 10 sqm and rolling with HRR or rammer including cost and conveyance of chips and bitumen etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing applying tack coat with penetration grade of bitumen emulsion using bitumen pressure distributor @ 0.20 Kg /Sqm including all cost & conveyence complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of speficied grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen , transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works and all other T&P articles including cost, conveyance, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty Cess, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing of measurement stones of R.C.C. M-15 grade including painting, lettering in accordance with the specifications and as approved by the engineer and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge and as per clause 1703 of MoRD. ( Km Stone)

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1701.2.2 of MoRD

Providing and fixing 15 cm dia and 1 m long guard post of RCC (1:2:4) including cost, conveyance royality, Cess, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of typical Maintnance sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paints of approved shade on new work two coats to give even shade including cost of cement paint, all taxes, cess with all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
