Cement concrete of M-15 having maximum compressive strength of 150 kg./cm2 ( test to be conducted) on 150 mm. cubes tested at 28 days including curing (tests conducted in accordance with IS-456 & IS-516) & conforming to clause-302 of IRC 21/1987 using clean crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of 40 mm. size down grade of approved quality to be protested in the laboratory) obtained from approved quarry the proportion mix, grading conforming to relevant ISI/IRC codes including hoisting, lowering concrete in layers not exceeding 150 mm. thick each compacting with vibrator watering & curing for 28 days centering shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves & beads where necessary including cost, conveyance royality & taxes of all labour machineries etc. required for the work complete in all respects including dismantling the centering & shuttering as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC of design mix of M-30grade having specified characteristics compressive strength/ target mean strength of 250kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 216/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate of 20mm. down graded.sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987 & IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering , shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of tor steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position ( to be paid separately as required for RCC works)

Providing & laying 25 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 13.20 mm nominal size @ 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10cm centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 100 degree centigrade, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface all complete as per clause 515 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road& Bridge work (4th Revision)

Providing HYSD bars confirming to approved grade F-415 including all labours for cutting ,bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete with Cess in all respect (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor) as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying of Filter media with stone crushed aggregates of 45mm size satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surfact behind abutment,wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification & direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing weep hole in plan / Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall / retaining wall with 100mm dia A.C. Pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V : 20 H towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing Rough stone dry packing / pitching in slope, protection walls, approns and revetments to designed thickness using hard granite stones of required size of approved quality from approved quarry including quarrying supplying conveying and cost conveyance taxes royalty of all materials including T&P complete including filling the interstices with small stones by wedging and hammering finished to proper slope and level as per direction of the Engineer – in – charge including dewatering if required.

Supplying & filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall etc with approved quality of gravel / sandy material including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost. Conveyance royality & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work complete ( measurement will be taken for compacted section as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.)

Providing and applying two coats of water based cement paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescense and applying paint @ 1 litre per 02 Sqm

Providing and erecting of Biju Setu Yojana of retro-reflective sign board as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting 2mm thick with area exceeding 1.44 sqm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x6 2 Nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grde cement concrete 45 cm x45 cm x 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all liifts and leads, transporting to the site by mechanical means within a lead of 05kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (04th Revision)

Loosening of the ground up to a level of 500mm below the sub-grade level , watered , graded & compacted in layers to meet requirement of table 300-2 for sub-grade construction & clause 305 of MORTH specification of Road & Bridge works ( 4th Revision )

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular subbase Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 of MOSRT&H including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface including clearing of road surfaces and spraying primer @ 0.20kg/ sqm using Mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications of Road & Bridge work (04th Revision)

Providing & laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment & roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing & laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment, roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision)

Furnishing and laying of live sods of perennial turf forming Grass on embankment slope, verges or other locations shown on the drawing including ransportation of turfs by mechanical means with all leads & lifts and placing of turfs in position and ramming with thapies including watering and cost of labour & all materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.
