Providing lifting, hoisting and laying R.C.C. of M-20 Grade to base of columns and footing, columns, beams, plinth band, lintels, chajja, shaft, fins, roof slabs, balconies, stair cases, parapets, window sills, lofts, railing, jally, copping or in places as shown in the drawing for all floors with 20mm and down graded size black hard crusher broken ships of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing and vibro compacting to proper shape and size, level and plumbs and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth (if required providing plaster with cement mortar (1:4) wherever necessary without any extra cost) including rigid smooth centering and shuttering, scafolding, watering (excluding reinforcement bars) and curing for required period including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, royality, loading and unloading, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge. Fly Ass Brick Masonary in CM(1:6) in F&P including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, royality, loading and unloading, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying, placing, fitting uncoated HYSD bars reinforcement complete as per the drawing and specification.all labour T&P etc complete.

Brick work with Fly Ash bricks of size 23cmx11cmx8cm and crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 in C.M.(1:6) in Super structure including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, royality, loading and unloading, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge. the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing 12mm thick Cement Plaster (1:6) on the rough surface/ plumbed surface of masonry racking out of joints, scrapping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plastered surface smooth to proper plumbs and level and providing grooves as shown in the drawning including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, royalties, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the driection of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing 16mm thick Cement Plaster (1:6) on the rough surface/ plumbed surface of masonry racking out of joints, scrapping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plastered surface smooth to proper plumbs and level and providing grooves as shown in the drawning including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, royalties, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the driection of the Engineer in Charge.

Finishing wall surface with two coats of weather coat over a coat of cement priming including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour T&P, hire charges of machine, all taxes etc all completes in all respects as per the direction of Engineer charges.

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. Grill made out of structural steel, flats, plates, bars confirming to IS for windows, ventilators etc. as per drawing and design, fixed to walls with clamps including priming 1 coat with all kdamages in walls and floors etc. including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants etc.as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Painting two coats with enamel paint including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour T&P, hire charges of machine, all taxes etc all completes in all respects as per the direction of Engineer charges.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbedwire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
