Cement concrete (1:1.5:3) for R.C.C. work with minimum compressive strength in work test of 150kg/cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days using 12mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete and compacting by using vibrator watering and curing for 4 weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. Rods or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening cutting bending etc. of the M.S. Rods or tor steel and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. a). Compound Wall Column

Straightening bent up or coiled rods cutting bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required) the M.S. Rods or Tor steel and binding wires and tying the grills hoisting lowering and placing in proper position as required for RCC works with cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. Rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fly ash brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth and basement and ornamental flower bed plinth moulding and similar such types of works with all necessary projections using fly bricks of 9"/10" size having a crushing strength of not less than 35kg/cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc., complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. with all T&P complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fly ash brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure using fly ash bricks of 9"/10" size having a crushing strength of not less than 35kg/cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc., complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. with all T&P complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to outside brick wall surface after racking out the joint including watering and curring with cost ,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside brick wall surface after racking out the joints including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing of M.S. Door, M.S Windows, M.S. Grills ,M.S. Grill Gate and Collapsible Gate with top and bottom rails in proper position including making holes in walls, RCC structure and wood work in proper position etc. and making good to the damages to walls or RCC structures including mending, or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with CC (1:2:4) with hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm to 20mm (1/2" to 3/4") (20mm not to exceed 25% ) with cost ,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement washing one coat with cement to new work including scaffolding staging charges with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with weather coat paint two coats overa coat of primer including scaffolding, staging charges with cost, convyeyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specifiation and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with any approved enamel paint to new wood work and iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork in embankment in hard soils from approved borrow areas with all lead and lifts over intial lead and lift and laying on properly prepared surface including spreading, levelling the earth not exceeding 30 cm in layers, Sectioning, Watering & ordinary compaction by PRR for finished item of work including all cost, royalty, labour, T & P article required for the work etc. Complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
