Finishing walls with weather coat of approved shade on new work two coats to give an even shade including cost of paint.

Painting two coats with approved enamel paint with approved colour shade over a coat of primer on new iron work including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyance, taxes all materials & labour with T & P etc. cmplete as per E.I.C.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12 mm size hard granite chips (per Cum) with all Cost, Conveyance , Royality & Taxes of all material and labour,T & P etc. Complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing of Chequred tiles in floors Including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete including cost at tiles etc.as per direction of E.I.C..

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with all lift & leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 Kms,spreading, grading to a required slope & compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT & H specification for Road & Bridge work (AR - 06, P - 157, item no - 35)

Earth work excavation in foundation in Hard soil or gravelly soil within 50 m initial lead & 1.5 m initial lift including rough dressing & breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm & laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 m in depth & as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation & Plinth with sand well watered and rammed as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm size H.G. metal with all Cost, Conveyance , Royality & Taxes of all material and labour,T & P etc. Complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion and construction joints, applying sealant, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & filling moorum of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.
