1st class Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation & Plinth using clamp burnt bricks of 9" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg./sq.cm including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering and cur belling, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete and compacting in layers not exceeding 15cm thick with proper packing and ramming each layer of concrete by means of vibrator including watering and curing etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Labour for fixing of M.S doors and windows shutters of approved design in proper position making good to the damges of walls of R.C.C or other structural etc. including mending or cutting sizes or grooves in chaukhats with cost, conveyance, taxes, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats over a coat of primer with any approved paint with brush to wood/iron work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding, staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Ground Floor)

Providing fitting and fixing of false ceilling with Aluminium T Section No.3215 with 2'-0" center to center, L section No.1705 upto 15 Micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and PVc plugh and the Aluminium grid 2'-0" x 2'-0" suspended from ceiling etc complete.

Distempering two coats with approved shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Ground Floor)
