Plain Cement Concrete

Construction of embankment with approaved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structure graded and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification claus etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approaved materials obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause.etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fine dressing and turfing including transportation by mechanical means with all leads and lifts and placing of turfs in position and ramming with thapies including watering and cost of labour and all materials etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Loosening, Levelling and compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment ,scarified to a depth of 150mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in tables 300.1 and 300.2 for embanckment counstruction as per technical Specification Clause 301.4.1. etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of Granular Sub Base Grading III material as per table 400-1 spreading in uniform layers with moto grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC & compacting with vibrator roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 of Mo SRT&H specifications ...etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriag of mixed material by Tiper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on wel prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H specification. etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Filling moorum on road berms including cost conveyance of all materials,royalty & all labour charges etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer - In charge.

Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and sparying primer at the rate of 0.7-1.0 kg/sqm as per Technical Specification Clause 502. etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen (RS-1) using emulsion sprayer at the rate of 0.25 - 0.30 kg/sqm on prepared bituminous surface properly cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with Hot Mix Plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 grade of Bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydroustatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge work etc.complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) etc.complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement of thickness as per design, over a prepared sub-base, with 43 grade cement of any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design,laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125micron thick polythene film,wedges,steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovel,rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contaction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant,near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved,curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501.panels are to be made by cutting grooves of 3 to 5 mm thick and 25 to 30 mm deep in CC Slab. The grooves are to be filled with VG-30 Bitumen with a spray of fine sand at top.etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and errecting retro reflecting cautionery Display Board as per IRC :67 made of incapsulated lens Type reflecting sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3 fixed over Aluminium sheeting 2.00 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle Iron post 75x75x6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade Cement concrete 450x450x600 mm , 600 mm below the Ground level as per drawing and Technical specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing & erecting Retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity gradse sheeting vide clause 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm, 2 nos firmely fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved design. as per approved drawing and technical specification clause 1701.etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying reinforcement cement concrete pipe NP 3 for culverts on first class prepared bedding fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but exculding excavation ,protection works ,backfilling concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets clause 1106 of MORD including cost,conveyance and taxes of all materials required for the work etc. complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
