Unit - Sqm Providing and applying primer coat with slow setting bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base, including clearing road surface and spraying primer using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit - Sqm Providing and applying tack coat with rapid setting bitumen emulsion on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface including cleaning with mechanical broom and spraying bitumen emulsion using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit - Cum Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam using crushed stone of Grade-II aggregate with batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 Grade by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete in all respects as per clause No. 505 & Section 900 of specifications for road and bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) &including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. .

Unit - Cum Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed stone of Grade-II aggregate with batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.5 percent of VG-30 grade of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete in all respects as per Clause No.507 & Section 900 of specifications for road and bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) &including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Unit - Sqm Providing and laying factory made 80 mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of M - 40 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved size and shape laid over 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand layer including filling sand in the interstics/ joints, including cost conveyance of all materials, labour, and (T&P) required for the work etc comple and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Unit - Cum Providing and laying P.C.C M-20 grade in sub-structure as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per section 900, 1000, 1500, 1700, 2100 & 2200 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bride works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit - Sqm Providing road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads@250gms per sqm area , thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35.The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc. for finished item of work as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 803.4 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge work (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit - No. Providing and fixing of bi-directional retro reflective raised pavement markers of approved colour, quality & make conforming to ASTM D-4280 made from injection moulded high impact polymer including cleaning, preparation of surface and fixing at position with approved quality adhesives including cost of all materials, labour, transportation, taxes, duties, sundries, T&P etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit - Rmt. Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 811 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Unit - No. Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of Class-B Type-IV recto reflective sheeting fixed over 2mm thick alumunium sheeting , 3mm/4mm thick alumunium composite material sheet depending on the size of sign vide Clause No. 801.3 of specifications for road and bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) fixed over back support frame of min 25x25x3 mm angle mounted on a mild steel cicular pipe 65 NB, 3.2mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-25 grade cement concrete 45cmx45cm x 60 cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The sign shall be maintained as per Section 12 of IRC-67.
