Providing cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate for CC Road work as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

1st class Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation & Plinth using clamp burnt bricks of 9" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg./sq.cm including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering and cur belling, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete of M20 grade concrete with clean hard crusher broken granite chips of 20mm downgraded size of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete with necessary slope and smoothness to receive tar felting or terracing, watering and curing for four weeks, centring, shuttering and finishing the exposed surface and ceiling smooth to receive white washing or painting providing grooves or beads and fan hooks as per requirement in ceiling where necessary, cost of water, including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of M.S rods or Tor steel and binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending and binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 6mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:4) to ceilings of roof slabs, stairs, landings, shelf & lofts etc. in all floor including roughening, scraping, cleaning & finishing smooth as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Chief including cost of all conveyance & curring sundries & T&P etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Vitrified tiles in floors, treads of steps and landing on 25mm th bed of cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement:1 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, conveyance, taxes & labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing vitrified tile flooring using Vitrified tiles of premium grade having thickness of 8 to 10mm conforming to IS 13756 of 600mmX600mm colour/printed series (homogeneous) of approved quality,colour or equivalent in dados & skirting on 12mm thick bed of cement mortar of mix (1:3) laid in proper slope and gradient with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and grouted with required quantities of pigments of approved marks to match the shades of the vitrified tile if required watering and curing for 21 days including cost, conveyance, loading,unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials,cost of all labour, sundries, T & P required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S doors and windows shutters of approved design in proper position making good to the damges of walls of R.C.C or other structural etc. including mending or cutting sizes or grooves in chaukhats with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials required for the work, labour and T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fiting and fixing of 35mm thick flush door shutter with approved quality of 30mm thick BWR block board pasted with 1mm thick sunmica on both side of approved design and quality including cost of all door fittings and fixtures etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying. fitting and fixing of two track UPVC sliding window of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of roller Blinds by fixing powder coated top channel, bottom channel with bottom end gap,control unit and good quality of 0.60 mm thick fabric of approved design and quality etc complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats over wood/steel surface with approved shade and quality to enamel paint over a coat of primer of approved quality in all floors and all heights including preparing the surface, watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries and T&P. etc. required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Finishing Wall painting two coats with Weather seal paint of approved shade over a coat of priming on new work to give an even shade with approved shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Ground Floor)

Finishing surface of walls with Acrylic Putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding, staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering Two coats with approved shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
