Flyash brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth and basements and ornamental floor bed plinth moulding and similar such types of works with all necessary projections using flyash bricks of 9"/10" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75kg/cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use with watering, curing including cost, conveyance, royalities, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete (1:1.5:3) of grade M20 for R.C.C. work with minimum compressive strength in work test of 150kg/cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days using 12mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete and compacting by using vibrator watering and curing for 4 weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. Rods or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening cutting bending etc. of the M.S. Rods or tor steel and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside brick wall surface after racking out the joints including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

6mm Cement Plaster ( 1:4) for Ceiling plaster with all cost , conveyance Incl.all charges ( Per Sqm) including watering and curring with cost, conveyance, royality,taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect, as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to outside brick wall surface after racking out the joint including watering and curring with cost ,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement washing two coat with cement to new work including scaffolding staging charges with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting over a coat of white cement primer including cost of scaffolring, staging charges with cost of all materials ,taxes, labour,T&P etc complete.

Providing ,fitting,fixing of Al.door with OEL anodized Al.door section of 9202 as vertical member,9201 as top member and 9200 as bottom and middle member and 12mm thick prelaminated board fixed on door frame by means of tapered clip No-4660 and the frame to be completed by means of jointing angle No-1855 including all cost of labour,T&P,hire charges etc complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying,fitting,fixing up window(sliding type) made up aluminum section 151-155,151-153 and 151-167 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement with all fittings including cost of all materials and labour etc complete.

Supplying, fitting, fixing, M.S. steel windows ,M.S. windows, MS grill for windows with 10 mm squre bar of approved design fitted with stainless steel screw to the window frame as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge with cost of material and all labour.

Fixing of vetrified tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles

Fixing tiles in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles(Ceramic)

Providing and Fixing chequered tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of tiles

Distempering two coats over priming surface to inside walls using approved shade of distemper with cost of materials, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Painting two coats with any approved paint to new wood work and iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with Weather Coat paint of approved shade on new work 2 coats to give an even shade including cost of paint.etc. complete including scaffolding staging charges with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

20mm(3/4") thick grading plaster with cement mortar (1:4) over roof slab after chipping and chiselling the same and cleaning the surface by wire brush laid to proper slope finished smooth to receive tarfelt treatment watering and curring including cost ,conveyance, royality , taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
