Cement concrete of M-150 having maximum compressive strength of 150 kg./cm2 ( test to be conducted) on 150 mm. cubes tested at 28 days including curing (tests conducted in accordance with IS-456 & IS-516) & conforming to clause-302 of IRC 21/1987 using clean crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of 40 mm. size down grade of approved quality to be protested in the laboratory) obtained from approved quarry the proportion mix, grading conforming to relevant ISI/IRC codes including hoisting, lowering concrete in layers not exceeding 150 mm. thick each compacting with vibrator watering & curing for 28 days centering shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves & beads where necessary including cost, conveyance royality & taxes of all labour machineries etc. required for the work complete in all respects including dismantling the centering & shuttering as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC of design mix of M-250grade having specified characteristics compressive strength/ target mean strength of 250kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 216/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate of 20mm. down graded.sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987 & IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering , shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of tor steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position ( to be paid separately as required for RCC works)

Providing HYSD bars confirming to approved grade F-415 including all labours for cutting ,bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete with Cess in all respect (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor) as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying of Filter media with stone crushed aggregates of 45mm size satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surfact behind abutment,wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification & direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing weep hole in plan / Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall / retaining wall with 100mm dia A.C. Pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V : 20 H towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing Rough stone dry packing / pitching in slope, protection walls, approns and revetments to designed thickness using hard granite stones of required size of approved quality from approved quarry including quarrying supplying conveying and cost conveyance taxes royalty of all materials including T&P complete including filling the interstices with small stones by wedging and hammering finished to proper slope and level as per direction of the Engineer – in – charge including dewatering if required.

Grouting in approns & revetments with 23mm deep with C.M(1:3:6)

Gravel backing to revetment

Supplying, Transporting and fixing Reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) Circular Guard Posts (Size 0.15m dia at bottom & 0.10 M dia at Top of 1.20 m long) of standard design fixed in position including finishing and painting etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing , fitting , fixing expansion joint confirming to ISI specification including all cost , carriage , taxes etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Back filling with granular material by using sand behind the abutment and wing wall including watering and ramming by means of plate compactor with cost, conveyance and royality of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P reuired for the work complete in all respect (measurement will be taken for compacted section) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying tar papers of approved quality confirming to ISI specification above pier & abutment caps to receive concreting for slab casting including all cost , carriage & taxes etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Painting two coats with any approved enamel paint of approved colour, shade and quality to exterior plastered surface over a coat of primer of approved quality in all floors and all heights including preparing the surface, watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries and T&P. etc. required for the work etc. complete as per specification and directed by the Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats of weather coat paint of approved colour, shade and quality to exterior plaster surface walls over a coat of primer of approved quality in all floors and all heights including preparing the surface, watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries and T&P. etc. required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of typical BSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing .

Clearing grass & removal of rubbish on both sides of the road to facilitate widening berms , disposal of stuff including all labours , T&P article as per specification for road & bridge work

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 500mm below the sub-grade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requriement of table 300-2 for sub-grade construction and clause 305 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 KMs spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

By mechanical means

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular Sub Base Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with ibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H pecifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of following size Water Bound Macadam specification (75mm compacted thick) including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of gravel and sand as binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machinaries including all labour, T&P and cost, conveyance royalty & taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface including clearing of road surfaces and spraying primer @ 0.20kg/ sqm using Mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications of Road & Bridge work (04th Revision)

Collecting, Supplying and laying of 20 mm thick Pre Mix Carpet including Labour using 0.27cum of 13.2mm to 5.6mm size crushed stone chipping and 14.60kg.penetration grade of bitumen for 10sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR inclusive of hire and running charges of PRR , bitumen mixtures, tar boilers and all other T & P articles etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for laying 6mm thick Precoated Seal coat type B using 0.06cum of 06 mm size and down graded as per sieve analysis and 6.80kg of bitumen per 10sqm and applying tack coat 2kg of bitumen for 10sqm including hire and running charges of P.R.R. Hot mix plant tar boiler, cost, carriage and royalty etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying sub-base (With Moorum) in shoulders in layers not exceeding 100mm watering and compaction to the required density in O.M.C. with PRR including cost and conveyance, royality and taxes of sub-base materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
