Fly Ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) on foundation and plinth using bricks of 9” size having a crushing strength of not less than 35 kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance + 8 percent after immersing Bricks for six hours in waters before use with all necessary projections, splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering, corbelling, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, all T&P etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work with M-20 grade In Different Works having minimum compressive strength in work test of 200 Kg/Cm2 at 28 days using 20 mm and down graded size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete and compacting by using vibrators watering, curing for 28 days, centring & shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary in all floors including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials , cost of all labour with cost of all T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or steel & binding wires and labour charges for strengthening, cutting, bending grills and placing in proper position.

20 mm thick grading Plaster in cement mortar (1:4) with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes, cess of all materials and all labour, T&P, etc. complete.as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Straightening cutting, bending bent up or coiled rods, including cranking, hooking, welding or jointing the M.S. rods or tor confirming to I.S. 432 (Plain) and 1785 (Tor) steel and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position required for R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and cost of all labour with all T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge.

Supplying of M.S. Grills, M.S.Doors, M.S. Gate etc including cost,conveyance of all materials etc.complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge .

20mm (5/8") thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside smooth surface of 9" /10" thick stone walls after raking out the joints including watering and curing with the cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work including cess, royalty etc complete as per the direction of the EIC

Providing 16mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all heights after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all heights after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

6mm thick cement plaster (1:4) to RCC surfaces with closed deep chipping and slurry treatment incl.watering, curing etc. complete with cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials, labour and T&P etc complete as per the directed by the Engineer in charge.

Fixing Ceramic tiles on wall with 12mm. Thick cement plaster C.M.(1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of tile in floors marbonite or equivalent make in all floors using Vetrified tile over 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing Plasters surfaces of walls with Acrylic wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc., complete.

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on new work. including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with approved weather seal paints of approved colour, shade on wall surface over a coat of wall primer including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyances, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, Fitting & Fixing of 100mm dia PVC Rain water pipe with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of Fixed Ventilators of approved make to be fabricated from roll formed sections made of pre-painted steel (base steel as per IS-513 of 0.6 mm thick “D” quality, galvanized as per IS-277 with zinc of 18x25 mm. Accessories / gaskets are to be used as per the manufacturer’s supply and specification like handle being made of high grade aluminium powder coated and with nylon receiver and gasket will be made of EPDM. All corner brackets are to be made of CRCA with zinc phosphating. The mullion caps and louvered-clips should be of glass filled nylon. The sections are to be cut to length ,mitre joined with corner bracket and frames are fixed to the concrete/masonry walls by means of self expanding screws and glass to be used of 5 mm reflective with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 120 Gm/Sq.mtr) with paint specification being with primer of 5-7 microns and finished paint with polyster paint (Black /Pearl white/ Chocolate Brown) of 12-16 microns alongwith the alkyd backer at the back of 5-7 microns and the sizes of outer frame being of 46x52 mm and with all vertical and horizontal mullions are of 46x70 mm and fixed beadings are of

Painting two coats to new Iron work with approved enamel paints of approved colour, shade over a coat of primer including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyances, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dressed seasoned sal wood work framed and fixed (wrought and put up) in trusses, purlins frames of doors windows ventilabour and beams.

Providing fitting, fixing of Flush door 30mm thick of brand of (mayur) majori Timech India or eqivalent approved quality including all cost of labour,T&P , hire charges of drilling machine labour charges etc. complete.

Providing fitting and fixing of fully glazed (fixed type) aluminium framed openable windows using 15micron anodised OEL aluminium section 2082 as out section, 9139 as mullion section frame with tapered clip of section 4125, aluminium angle, rubber beading, friction stay and handle etc. with 5mm black glass etc. complete in all respect.

C.C. (1:2:4) 12 mm size chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying required level ramming, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, cess and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and royalties and all labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete.

Earth work in excavation in hard soil or gravelly soilwith 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rought dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
