Fly Ash brick Masonary in cement morta (1:6) in foundation/superstructure using fly ash brick of 23cmx11cmx8cm size bricks having crushing strength in between 75 kg to 100kg per sq .cm with diamantion tolerance + 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & corbelling watering and curing for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalties DMF (10% over Royality),EMF(5% over Royality)& Addl.charges & all type of taxes of all materials & labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification direction of the E.I.C.

RCC of design mix of M-250 grade of controlled qulity having cube strength of 250kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 16/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate of 10 mm. to 20mm. sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987, IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering & shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves, fan hooks wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties, DMF (10% over Royality),EMF(5% over Royality)& Addl.charges Cess and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of tor steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position ( to be paid separately as required for RCC works)

12mm (1/2”) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to out side brick walls after cracking out of the joint including, watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, cess with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties DMF (10% over Royality),EMF(5% over Royality)& Addl.charges , etc. complete in all respect in all floors as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

priming one coat with water bound wall cement primer (outside) any approved primer over finished wall surface of approved primer including cost of primer in all respect with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P and CESS required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting two coats with plastic Emulsion paint of approved quality & shade on new work to give an even shade with brush to interior walls surface after cleaning the surface including cost of plastic emulsion paint with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with CESS etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting two coats with weather paint of approved shade on wall surface to give an even shade over a coat of primer including cost of brushes and putty including cost of paint scrapping, cleaing rubbing scaffloding with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P and Cess required for the work etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M.S. Panelled Door double leaved shutter with M.S. Frame. Overall size including frame 1980mm Height x 1070mm Width made out of the following materials conforming to relevant Indian Standard specifucations. Frame:-35x35x6mm M.S. angle Shutter style:- Top & Bottom rail 25x25x3mm M.S. Angle. Door panel :- 1.0mm C.R. Sheet. Panel stiffener covering width of each leaf :- 19x5mm M.S. Painting 2 coat with any approved synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer with brush to wood/iron work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials required for the work with all labour, T&P, Cess etc complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing 2.5cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab using 6mm size hard broken granite chips with chicken mesh including cost, conveyance, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty of all materials taxes of all T&P with cess etc, required for the work etc complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
