Supplying and filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered & rammed with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials labour required for the work as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including royalty of materials including 1% Cess.

Providing and laying P.C.C M15 in foundation and floors using 4 cm. size black hard hand broken granite stone metal and sand of approved quality and approved quarry including laying concrete to required levels in layers, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete with cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

RCC of design mix of M-30grade having specified characteristics compressive strength/ target mean strength of 250kg./cm2 in design mix in with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 216/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate of 12 mm to 20mm. .sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987 & IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering , shuttering including cost , conveyance & taxes of all labour , material etc all complete as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge .

Supply of HYSD bars confirming to grade S-415 cutting bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor (standard CO-efficient of different sizes of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC-21/1987) including 1 % cess .

Rough stone dray packing in appron & revements with h.g stone boulder etc including all cost, conveyance and royalty, taxes of all materials to the site with all labour material, T & P etc complete for the work and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including 1% CESS.

Grouting approns and Revetments with C.C. M-15 concrete with all cost etc complete for the work and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including 1% CESS.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC-67 -2012made of Class-B retro-reflective sheeting high intensity and high intensityPrismatic grade retro-reflective sheeting as perASTM D 4956 Type-III and IV strictly Conforming to clause 6.7 of IRC 67-2012 and vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2.00 mm thick as per Clause 6.5.2 of IRC 67-2012 or A.C.P.
