Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3m and lead upto 1000 m as per technical specification clause 301.4 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing compacted granular subbase using gravel or moorum with sand admixture saticifying the P.I. value of good quality including cost, conveyance taxes, royality, cess of all materials and laying, spreading in uniform layers, watering and compacting to the required density complete for finished item of work as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63mm to 45mm size (Gr-II) / 53mm to 22.4mm size (Gr-III) WBM specification (75mm compacted thickness) as follows including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials of moorum or gravel with sand admixture to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machinaries including all labour, T&P and cost, conveyance royality, Cess & taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

WBM Gr-III

Providing & applying the primer coat with Bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared Surface of Granular base including cleaning of road Surface & spraying primer at the rate of 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification Clause-502 of MoRD & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying the tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 0.30Kg/Sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with mechnial broom as per technical specification Clause 503 of MoRD & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of speficied grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen , transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works and all other T&P articles including cost, conveyance, royality, Cess, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Fine dressing &Turfing with all leads & lifts and placing of turfs in position and ramming with thapies including watering and cost of labour & all materials, Cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

C.C.ROAD Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works (4th Revision) with cost of all labour, T&P and with cess, royality and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Payment of earthwork will be made compacted level section) only

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge/culvert or at any approved portion of road and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days as per MoRD technical specification Clause 1501 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

C.D.WORKS Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard or gravelly soil with all leads & lifts including dressing the sides & leveling the bed of the foundation to the required width & required depth including shoring shuttering, propping bullah, pilling, dewatering from foundation supplying & working of pumps including hire & running charges of pumps & all machineries required for the work & providing coffer dam if required & stacking the excavated materials away from the working areas with Cess complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-chargel.

Providing & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete including cost conveyance, royalty, Cess & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing Plain Cement concrete M-15 in foundation upto a required depth below ground level and upto a required height above ground level/bed level using 40mm down graded hard granite aggregates of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting in position in layers to proper slope & level including watering, curing and cost, conveyance, Cess, royality, taxes of all materials etc. with all labour and T&P required for the work including dewatering, shuttering if necessary complete as per direction of Engineer – in – charge

Providing cement concerete (1:2:4) nominal mix using 12mm size crusher broken hard granite chips of approved quality obtained from approved quarry including lowering, hoisting & laying in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick each compaction with vibrator, watering and curing for 28 days, centering, shuttering, dewatering if necessary and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing groves and beads where necessary including cost, conveyance royalty, Cess & other taxes of all materials, labour hire charges of all T&P machineries required for the work complete in all respect as per specification and direction of EIC. (For drain)

Providing weep hole in plan / Reinforced concrete abutment/ wing wall / retaining wall with 100mm dia A.C. Pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V : 20 H towards drawing face complete with Cess etc. as per drawing and technical specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

ROAD APPURTENANCES Supplying and fixing of measurement stones of R.C.C. M-15 grade including painting, lettering in accordance with the specifications and as approved by the engineer and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge and as per clause 1703 of MoRD.

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing as per Clause 1701.2.2 of MoRD and as per direction of Engineer-In-charge

Providing and fixing of typical Citizen Informatory sign board with Logo as per MoRD specification and drawing. Two nos MS Plate of 1.6 mm thick, top and bottom plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The flat iron frame of both plates with be welded to 2 Nos. 75mm x 75mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 600mm x 600mm x 750mm, 750mm below ground level. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.00

Providing and fixing 15 cm dia and 1 m long guard post of RCC (1:2:4) including cost, conveyance royality, Cess, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.
