Providing Concrete concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size hard granite crusher broken metal of approved quality from approved quarry including watering, curing, side shuttering and raming with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC of design mix of M-30 grade having specified characteristics compressive strength/ target mean strength of 300kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 216/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate of 20mm down graded sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987 & IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering , shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of tor steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position ( to be paid separately as required for RCC works)

Providing plain cement concrete M-15 with clean black hard granite stone aggregates of 40mm & down graded size of approved quality from approved quarry consistent with strength & cover of concrete & laying in position in layers not exceeding 150mm thick in the proper packing by means of vibrator to proper slope and to the required level including hoisting lowering laying concrete providing side shuttering & finishing all exposed surface smooth supplying & working of pumps, labour & T&P articles & all machineries, dewatering if required with cost conveyance, royality of all materials complete in all respect as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of HYSD bars confirming to gradeFe-500 cutting bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor (standard CO-efficient of different sizes of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC-21/1987)

Supplying and fixing 15cm dia 1.00m long guard posts of RCCM-15 using 7.5 Kg of steel for each guard post with 20mm size H.G (c.B) chips including cost of all reinforcement and materials centering shuttering and watering carrying etc, complete.

Earth work in road embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting at OMC by Vibratory Roller to meet the requirement of Table-300.2 as per Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works(5th. Revision) complete including cost,conveyance,Royalities of all materials, all labours,hire and running charges of all machineries,T&P ,sundries etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close Graded Granular sub-base Grading - III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc as per clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying , spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size for Water Bound Macadam as per specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to propper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening / stone screening , binding materials to fill-up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as perTechnical Specification Clause 405 of MORD specification for Rural roads by manual means including cost of all materials, labour charges, machineries, T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 of MoRD and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.40 kg per sqm area on the prepared granular surface and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification clause 503 of MORD specification for Rural roads including cost of all matrials labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded Premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm stone aggregates @ 0.27cum/10sqm area using S-65 penetration grade bitumen@ 14.60kg/10sqm area to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 508.of MORD specification for Rural roads by manual means including cost of all matrials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing and laying 6mm thick precoated Seal coat Type-B using 0.06cum of 6.70mm size chips as per sieve analysis & 6.80kg of bitumen per 10sqm area & rolling with PRR including hire & running charges of PRR, Hot Mix Plant, tar boiler,cost,conveyance, royalty& all other taxes of materials, labour charges,T&P etc required for the work complete in all respect as per specification & direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and laying moorum sub-base by using moorum in shoulder in layers not exceeding 100mm watering and compacting to the required density in OMC with PRR with cost, conveyance, royality of materials, labour charges, T & P etc as required for the work complete in all respect as per speification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats over a coat of priming on concrete surface by using water based cement paint of approved quality including cost of all matrials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer- in- Charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of roads sign board as per approve drawing including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour, T & P etc. providing and fixing of retroreflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC: 67-2010 made of A.C.P. (Aluminium composite panel) used for sign boards with a thermoplastic core of low density polyethylene (LDPE) between two thick sheets of aluminium with over all thickness of 4mm and aluminum thickness of 0.5mm on both sides as per requirement in table 6.1 of IRC-67/2010 and as per technical specifically of clause 801.3 supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 40cm x 40cm x 60cm. 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing including excavation, curring etc. complete under the supervision of Engineer-in-charge.
