Providing & laying 75mm compacted thickness of WBM specification with following size of IRC graded metal of approved quality from approved quarry and spreading on the road surface uniformly metal to specified thickness and hand packing the voids with small stones to proper camber and grade conveying moorum from stacks stacked at work site or at approved stacking yard including labour charges of moorum spreading over the metal surface filling the interstices of metal and consolidation with three wheeled steel Roller 8 to 10 tonnes in stage of proper grade & camber & turfedging including hire and running charges of Roller and all other machineries including all labour, T&P and cost, conveyance royalty & taxes of all materials required for the work with cess etc complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. i) IRC Gr-II Metal

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of M-30 of controlled quality having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) of 300Kg/Cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using hard crusher broken granite materials of 40mm size and down graded consistence with strength of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing for 4 weeks, centering shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth with cost, conveyance royalitteis and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P & cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge
