Fly ash brick work (foundation & Plinth) in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing brick for six hours in water before use in foundation with good quality of fly ash. brick of 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having compressive strength not less than 35Kg. Per Sqcm. Including splays cutting, circular moulding and similar such type of work with necessary projections chamfering curbelling including watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royality taxes of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work M-25 grade in (Column Base & Footing) having a minimum compressive strength(in work test) 250 Kg/cm.2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 12mm to 20mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing for 28days centering, shuttering, finishing the exposed surfacs inculding ceiling, smooth, providing grooves beads where necessary and providing, required No of fan Hooks as directed including, cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and cost, of all labour and T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of M.S.Rods or Tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending, binding and tying grills.

Cutting, streightening the bent up M.S./TS Rods bending, binding, welding, jointing if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position, as required for R.C.C work and for providing required No. of Fan Hooks hoisting, lowering, laying including, cost, conveyance, taxes of all M.S. Rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 118 to 20 gauge required for the work bending, binding and tying the grills in all floors (Payment will be made on weight of M.S. Rods or Tor steel only and no separate payment will be made towards the weight of binding wires) as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

16 mm thick cement plaster(1:6) over brick massonary finished smooth, after racking out the joints including watering, and curing with cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials, and cost of all labour and T & P required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying,fitting,fixing of Vetrified tiles in floors,treads and landings on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing of tile with watering, and curing with cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials, and cost of all labour and T & P required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Fixing Vetrified tile in dados / risers or steps on 12 mm thick bed of cement morta (1:3) with neat cement sluryusing wall tile etc. including rubbing and polishing of tile with watering, and curing with cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials, and cost of all labour and T & P required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying,fitting,fixing in position of M.S.fixed grill, railings,doors,windows with grills of approved section ,design and drawing with cost of all materials all labour charges T&P sundries etc complete. as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying fitting, fixing up UPVC window ( sliding type) made up alumium section 151-154-151-155, as windows facme section No. 151-155, 151-153 and 151-167 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting inclduing cost of all materials, all taxes, labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Priming one coat with any approved (water bound) primer over new plaster surface including cost of cement with all cost, conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work including 1 % cess etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing plastered surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (Water Based of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes labour T & P etc complete.

Wall painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade with one coat water pased primer on new work to give an even shade including cost of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc required for the work complete. . as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with weather coat of approved shade on new work two coat over acoat of primer to give an even shade including cost of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc required for the work complete. . as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with approved paint over a coat of primer of any approved shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, all labour and T&P required for the work including the cost of primer all other materials aetc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing fitting and fixing of false ceiling with Aluminum anodised T section No.3215 with 2'-0" center to center, L section No. 1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C plug and the Aluminium grid 2'-0" x2'-0" suspended from ceiling including 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board etc complete.

Supplying, fitting, fixing in all floors fully glazed aluminium framed openable Doors/windows using 15 micron anodised OEL aluminium section 2082 as out section,9139 as mullion section,4124 as a shutter section frame with tapered clip of section4125,aluminium angle,rubber beading,friction stay and handleetc.with 5mm black glass including cost of materials all taxes of labour, T&P etc. complete asper direction of E.I.C

Supplying and filling foundation and plinth with sandy soil, well watered & rammed with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials labour required for the work as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including royalty of materials
