Fly Ash brick masonary in Cement Mortar (1:6) in foundation/Superstructure using-fly ash-brick of 23cm X 11cm X 8cm size having a crushing strength in between 75kg to 100 kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & corbelling watering and curring for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost & conveyance of all materials royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, labour & cess etc required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Superstructure

Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using 12mm (1/2") size clean crusher broken grantie chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and levelling in position to required level including frame work where neCessary ramming and levelling cruing dewatering with cost conveyanceand royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges of all materials, labour charge, including hire and running charges of machineries T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work ofproportion(1:1:5:3) using 12mm size hard black crusherbroken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying & compacting concrete, watering and curing for 4 weeks, centering, shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth to recieve painting or white or colour wasing providing grooves or beads where neCessary with cost, conveyance, royality, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, of all materials and labour with T&P, Cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charge for straightening, cutting, bending, binding etc. of the M.S. Rods or Tor steel and binding wire and laying the grills and placing in proper position etc complete and as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge. RCC Roof slab

Column & Beam

Straightening bent up or coiled rods cutting bending,binding, cranking hooking, welding jointing (if required) the M.S.Rods or Tor steel & binding wires and binding tying the grills hoisting lowering & placing in proper position as required for RCC works with cost conveyance of M.S. Rods or Tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour required for the work with Cess etc,complete in all floors (weight of binding wire will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of M.S. Rods or Tor steel only) as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster in C.M (1:6) finsihed smooth to out side brick walls after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and laobur required for the work with royalties, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges & Cess etc, complete in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6)finished smooth to inside surface of 9" thick brick wall after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour required for the work with royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, & Cess etc, complete in all floor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface two coats with any approved weather shield cement paint to outer wall surface after celaning surface including cost of paint watering curing with cost conveyance of all materials, labour and Cess etc required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved quality & shade on new work to give an even shade with brush to interior walls suraface after cleaning the surface including cost of plastic emulsion paint with cost, conveyance of all materials and labour required for the work with Cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Painting two coats with any approved paint to Iron work including cost of paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance of all materials and labour required for the work with Cess etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge
