Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade clean crusher broken granite chips aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick including frame work where necessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering if necessary with cost, conveyance taxes royalty labour of all materials and including hire and running charges of machinaries T&P required for the work including supplying and working of pumps and cess as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick masonary work of fly ash brick of size (25cmx12cmx8cm) in Super structure in CM (1:6) including including all labour, materials & royality etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying,cutting ,straightening of steel HYSD (Fe- 415) conforming to (IS- 1786) with bending, binding, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing if necessary & tying the grills and placing in position as required for the Rod work in all floors and & for providing fan hooks hosting lowering ,& laying steels including cost conveyance ,taxes & royalties of all materials and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges ( payment will be made on weight of MS rod or tor steel only basing on the co- efficient of MS rod or tor steel bars approved by SAIL/ TATA/ competent authority and (No separate payment will be made towards the cost of binding wires over lapping, wastage, coupling, welded, joints , spacer bars, ,chairs stays, hangers and annealed steel wires or other methods for binding and placing etc.)

12mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on brick work both side including all costs of labour etc. complete as per direction of E.I.C.

16mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) to inner wall surface on brick masonary in side including all costs of labour etc. complete as per direction of E.I.C.

20mm (3/4") thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:4) including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes royalties & cess etc, complete in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting two coats with any approved quality of Weather seal coat with any approved shade including cost of paint on New Plastered surface of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding ,staging including cost of all materials , labour etc.complete

Distempering two coats with any approved shade including cost of distemper on New Plastered surface including cost of distemper of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding ,staging including cost of all materials , labour etc.complete.

Supplying Providing fitting and fixing in position M.S. doors,windows and Grills including fitting & fixing in position with cost,carriage,taxes of all materials labour T&P required etc.complete

Providing two coats of enamel paiting over one coat of priming including all costs of labour etc. complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Providing Cement Concrete 2.5cm artificial stone flooring with cement concrete (1:2:4) including punning using 12 mm size hand broken granites chips. cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge

Dismantling and removing R.C.C. columns beams slab staircase landing lintels including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead etc.complete

Dismantling brick masonry in cement mortar 3m. Height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m. Lead.etc.complete
