Fly Ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth using Flyash bricks of 25x12x8 cm size having a crushing strength of not less than 50 kg./sq.cm including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering and cur belling, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete and compacting in layers not exceeding 15cm thick with proper packing and ramming each layer of concrete by means of vibrator including watering and curing etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M25 with clean hard crusher broken granite chips of 20mm and down graded size of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete with necessary slope and smoothness to receive tar felting or terracing, watering and curing for four weeks, centring, shuttering and finishing the exposed surface and ceiling smooth to receive white washing or painting providing grooves or beads and fan hooks as per requirement in ceiling where necessary, cost of water, including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of M.S rods or Tor steel and binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending and binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fitting-fixing of Un-plasticised poly vinyl chloride (UPVC). Three track -Three panel sliding window-60-series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 108mmx45mmx2.5mm of outer frames and window sash of 39 mmx58mmx2.5mm capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanised up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.5 mm prefabricated and welded through fushion welding the window frame shall be fitted with 6mm thick clear touchenced glass of make duly fixed with EPDM wheathering seal resistance and the system is to be installed using Unreinforced large coupler at the site using anchoner fasteners, silicon rubber sealant , easy glazing/deglazing at site etc, including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories , labour charges, materials and product confirming to ASTM D 638 -14, EN-477-95 and other applicable codes and standards.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S doors and windows shutters of approved design in proper position making good to the damges of walls of R.C.C or other structural etc. including mending or cutting sizes or grooves in chaukhats with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials required for the work, labour and T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats over a coat of primer with any approved paint with brush to wood/iron work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Vitrified tiles in floors, treads of steps and landing on 20mm th bed of cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement:4 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, conveyance, taxes & labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing Glazed tiles in dados, skirting and rises of steps on 12mm th cement plaster (1:3) (1cement:3sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, conveyance, taxes & labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge
