Unit - Cum Providing dry lean cement concrete sub-base by with coarse and fine aggregates conforming to I:S 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm , aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/Cum, mixing in concrete mixers with weigh batcher and transporting to work site, laying, spreading and compacting with PRR to the required thickness, finishing and curing as per approved drawing and specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 & Clause 601 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit - Cum Providing un-reinforced, dowel jointed cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base as per approved mix design, using 43grade cement not less than 400kg/cum, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to I:S 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip from paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler,separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 & Clause 602 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit - Cum Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits by mechanical means graded and compacted to meet requirement as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and clause 305 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit - Cum Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road-way cutting and other structures with all lifts and leads graded and compacted to meet requirement as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit - Cum Providing compacted granular materials in shoulder by using moorum having required P.I. value spreading in uniform layers not exceeding 100mm in depth and compacting with smoth wheeled roller to achieve the desired density as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 900 and Clause 407, 408 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit - No. Providing and fixing pre-cast R.C.C. (1:2:4) kilometre stone as per I.R.C. design including finished smooth. etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit - No. Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of Class-B Type-IV recto reflective sheeting fixed over 2mm thick alumunium sheeting , 3mm/4mm thick alumunium composite material sheet depending on the size of sign vide Clause No. 801.3 of specifications for road and bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) fixed over back support frame of min 25x25x3 mm angle mounted on a mild steel cicular pipe 65 NB, 3.2mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-25 grade cement concrete 45cmx45cm x 60 cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The sign shall be maintained as per Section 12 of IRC-67.

Unit - Sqm Providing road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads@250gms per sqm area , thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35.The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc. for finished item of work as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 803.4 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge work (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit - Rmt. Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 811 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Unit - Cum Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil for road works with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 Cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, dressing of section to correct line, level, grade & camber for road work or dressing of sides and bottom for foundation of structures and loading into tippers, transporting to embankment site within all lifts and lead upto 1000mtr. and utilising the surplus earth locally for road work wherever required, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required etc complete in all respect as per clause 301 & 304 of Specification for road & bridge work of MORT&H (5th Revision) & Direction of Engineer in charge.

Unit - Cum Filling foundation and plinth with excavated earth ramming etc complete as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Clause 304 and Section 900 of MORT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) complete in all respect & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit - Cum Providing and laying Plain cement concrete of grade M-15 of CD works etc using 40mm to 10mm size crushed stone aggregates etc complete as per drawing and technical specification using High Strength approved quality Cement and coarse granite aggregate conforming to Table 1000-1 with formwork as per Section 900,1000,1500,1700, 2100, 2200 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Unit - Cum Providing and laying of metal spall backing using 45 mm size crushed hard granite stone aggregates to the required thickness with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall of CD works to the full height compacted to a firm condition as per drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect satisfying the requirements laid down in Clause 2504.2.2 and Section 900 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
