Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete and compacting in layers not exceeding 15cm thick with proper packing and ramming each layer of concrete by means of vibrator including watering and curing etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth using Flyash bricks of 25x12x8 cm size having a crushing strength of not less than 50 kg./sq.cm including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering and cur belling, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M25 with clean hard crusher broken granite chips of 20mm and down graded size of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete with necessary slope and smoothness to receive tar felting or terracing, watering and curing for four weeks, centring, shuttering and finishing the exposed surface and ceiling smooth to receive white washing or painting providing grooves or beads and fan hooks as per requirement in ceiling where necessary, cost of water, including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of M.S rods or Tor steel and binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending and binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

20mm thick grading plaster in C.M (1:4) to roof slab finished smooth including watering curing and scaffolding with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

16mm th Cement plaster in C.M (1:6) to brick work finished smooth including watering curing and scaffolding with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Glazed tiles in dados, skirting and rises of steps on 12mm th cement plaster (1:3) (1cement:3sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, conveyance, taxes & labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing Vitrified tiles in floors, treads of steps and landing on 20mm th bed of cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement:4 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, conveyance, taxes & labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing, fitting and fixing Steel Angle Iron Door & Window frame manufactured from standard rolled steel angle section 40 mmx 40 mmx 6 mm size with cornered of the frame duly metered and electrically welded with fish tailed hold fasts made out of M.S. flats of size 200 mm x 50 mm x 30 mmx 5 mm thick welded to the frame at the rate of 6 nos per frame with 10 mm dia M.S round bar to be welded at the bottom at the bay with M.S. hinges of size 100 mm & 14SWG thick at the rate of 3 nos & 50 mm size one no for single leaf shutter aldrop, staple & tower bolt hinges duly welded to the frame with one coat of anticorrosive red oxide zinc chrome primer including 1% cess as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Door/Window

Painting two coats over a coat of primer with any approved paint with brush to wood/iron work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Chequired tiles in floors and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat slury mixed with pigment with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing surface of walls with cement based wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding, staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall priming one coat with approved primer with brush to wall surface after cleaning the surface including cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade with approved shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cost supplying and labour for fixing of anticorrosive zinc alluminium alloy painted coloured steel roofing profile sheet of 0.45mm thick in roof of godown including fixing ridge cape with fasteners of approved specification with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with Weather coat of approved shade on new work two coats, over a coat of priming, to give an even shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fitting-fixing of two track Un-plasticised poly vinyl chloride (UPVC) (FENESTA / NCL / VEKA LTD.). Casement Door - 60- Series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 60mmx55mmx2.5mm for outer frames, 102mmx60mmx2.25mm for casement door sash profile and 74mmx60mmx2.5mm mulion profile capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanised up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 2.0 mm prefabricated and welded through fushion welding the door sash shall be fitted with 12mm thick WPC board of green play make duly fixed with EPDM wheathering seal resistance accessories like clipping locking system made of aluminium 1 No per set of sashes and the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing/deglazing at site etc, including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories , labour charges, materials and product confirming to ASTM D 638 -14, EN-477-95 and other applicable codes and standards.

Supplying fitting and fixing of un-plasticised poly vinyl chloride (UPVC) (FENESTA/ NCL/ VEKA LTD). Three track-Three panel sliding Window-60- Series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 108mm x 45mm x 2.5mm for outer frames and window sash of 39mm x 58mm x 2.5mm capable mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanised upto 50 micron of minimum thickness of 1.5 mm prefabricated and welded through fushion welding the window frame shall be fitted with 6mm thick clear touchenced glass of SAINT-GOBAIN make duly fixed with EPDM wheatering seal resistance and the system is to be installed using Unreinforced large coupier at the site using anchor fasteners, silicons rubber sealant, easy glazing/deglazing at site including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour charges, materials and product confirming to SATM D-638-14, EN-477-95 and other applicable codes and standards etc. complete in all respect including 1% Cess and as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge
