M-20 having a minimum compressive strength(in work test) 200 Kg/cm.2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 20mm & down graded size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing for 28days centering, shuttering, finishing the exposed surfacs inculding ceiling, smooth, providing grooves beads where necessary and providing, required No of fan Hooks as directed including, cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and cost, of all labour and T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of M.S.Rods or Tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending, binding and tying grills.a) Column Base

Cutting, streightening the bent up M.S./TS Rods bending, binding, welding, jointing if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position, as required for R.C.C work and for providing required No. of Fan Hooks hoisting, lowering, laying including, cost, conveyance, taxes of all M.S. Rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 118 to 20 gauge required for the work bending, binding and tying the grills in all floors (Payment will be made on weight of M.S. Rods or Tor steel only and no separate payment will be made towards the weight of binding wires) including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

2.5cm thick A.S.flooring in C.C. (1:2:4) including punning using 12mm size C.B.hard granite chips with cost of all labour & other materials etc in appropriate pannels as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including 1% cess.

Fly Ash bricks masonary (1:6) using 25cm x 12cm x 8 cm size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 including splays cutting, circular, moulding and corbelling, champhering and similar such type of works watering and curing etc. complete, including, cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour and T & P required for the work etc. complete including 1% cess and as per the specification as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge a) In Foundation & Plinth

12 mm thick cement plaster(1:6) over brick massonary finished smooth, after racking out the joints including watering, and curing with cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials, and cost of all labour and T & P required for the work complete including 1% cess as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

16 mm thick cement plaster(1:6) over brick massonary finished smooth, after racking out the joints including watering, and curing with cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials, and cost of all labour and T & P required for the work complete including 1% cess as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

20 mm thick C.P in CM ( 1:4) in grading plaster over roof slab including cost of all labour , material etc complete including 1 % cess & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Distempering two coats to wall with approved distemper of approved shade including cost, conveyance & taxes of all material, labour etc complete including 1% cess and as per specification and direction of the EIC

Finishing walls with weather coat of approved shade on new work two coat over acoat of primer to give an even shade including cost of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc required for the work complete. including 1 % cess. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
