R.C.C. M-25 having a minimum compressive strength(in work test) 200 Kg/cm.2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 20mm & down graded size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing for 28days centering, shuttering, finishing the exposed surfacs inculding ceiling, smooth, providing grooves beads where necessary and providing, required No of fan Hooks as directed including, cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and cost, of all labour and T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of M.S.Rods or Tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending, binding and tying grills.

Supply of HYSD bars confirming to grade S-415 cutting bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor (standard CO-efficient of different sizes of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC-21/1987) including 1 % cess .

Providing granular sub-base using gravel mixed with required proportion of sand of approved quality including quarrying collecting, conveying supplying and stacking at work site or at approved stacking yard beyond the trafficable berms of good laterite moorum from approved quarry including cost, conveyance, royality with all leads lifts and other taxes of all materials T&P articles required for the work complete and labour for conveying from stacks, spreding moorum in layers not exceeding 23 cm thickness watering and compacting to the required density at OMC with PRR including H & R.C of PRR etc. complete in all respects including 1 % CESS & as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade & camber, applying & brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & compacting to the required density as per Clause 405 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Plain Cement concrete work(1:2:4) using 12mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality and from approved chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing for 28days including finishing the exposed surfacs including, cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and cost, of all labour and T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect including 1% CESS as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Construction of un-reinforced, cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design , over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other types as per clasue 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade) , coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:3283, miximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixture of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, with required water content laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing) sp[reading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continious operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, sealant, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501 of MoRD

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen (RS-1) using emulsion sprayer at the rate of 0.25 - 0.30 kg/sqm on prepared bituminous/granular surface properly cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing ,laying and rolling of Open Graded Pre-Mix Carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with three wheel 80-10kN static Roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508 all cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing & laying of 6mm thick precoated seal coat type-B with premixed stone chips of size 6.7mm @0.06 cum/10 Sqm. and bitumen S-65 @ 6.80 km/10 Sqm and rolling with the help of required plain & machinery inclusive of hire and running charges of PRR, bitumen boilers and all other T&P articles including cost, conveyance, royality & taxes of all materials, labour etc complete in all respect including 1 % CESS as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and laying filter media with stone crushed aggregate of 45 mm size satisfying the requirmentrs laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MORTH specification to a thickness not less than 600 mm smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing & technical specification including 1 % cess .

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification including 1 % CESS as per Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 of MORD and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media as per drawing and technical specification clause 1302 revertments 30cm deepincluding cost, conveyance, royality, taxes, labour, T&P and all other materials required for the work, etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) in foundation with 4cm nominal size of h.g.c.b metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, and laying in postition in layers not exceeding 150mm. thick with proper packing and ramming to proper slope and level including watering, curing with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes, labour, T&P and all other materials required for the work, finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing grooves and beads where ever necessary etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge
