Providing cement concrete M10 (1:3:6) using 40 mm HG Metal in luding cost conveyance of all material,ramming with rammers complete in all respect as per the specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Fly ash brick work in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing brick for six hours in water before use in foundation with good quality of fly ash. brick of 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having compressive strength not less than 35Kg. Per Sqcm. Including splays cutting, circular moulding and similar such type of work with necessary projections chamfering curbelling including watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royality taxes of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work M-25 (In Sub Structer) having a minimum compressive strength(in work test) 250 Kg/cm.2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 12mm to 20mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing for 28days centering, shuttering, finishing the exposed surfacs inculding ceiling, smooth, providing grooves beads where necessary and providing, required No of fan Hooks as directed including, cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and cost, of all labour and T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of M.S.Rods or Tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending, binding and tying grills.

Cutting, streightening the bent up M.S./TS Rods bending, binding, welding, jointing if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position, as required for R.C.C work and for providing required No. of Fan Hooks hoisting, lowering, laying including, cost, conveyance, taxes of all M.S. Rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 118 to 20 gauge required for the work bending, binding and tying the grills in all floors (Payment will be made on weight of M.S. Rods or Tor steel only and no separate payment will be made towards the weight of binding wires) as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

16 mm thick cement plaster(1:6) over brick massonary finished smooth, after racking out the joints including watering, and curing with cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials, and cost of all labour and T & P required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Fixing Vetrified tiles having size more than 0.10 Sqm in floors / treads or steps on 25 mm thick bed of cement morta (1:1) with neat cement slury etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Fixing Vetrified tile in dados / risers or steps on 12 mm thick bed of cement morta (1:3) with neat cement sluryusing wall tile etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing fitting and fixing of M.S. gate as per approved design including cost of all materials complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Priming one coat with any approved (water bound) primer over new plaster surface including cost of cement with all cost, conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work including 1 % CESS etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing plastered surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (Water Based of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes labour T & P etc complete.

Wall painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade with one coat water pased primer on new work to give an even shade including cost of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc required for the work complete. . as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with weather coat of approved shade on new work two coat over acoat of primer to give an even shade including cost of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc required for the work complete. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing cement concrete(1:2:4) having a minimum compressive strength(in work test) 150 Kg/cm.2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 12mm to 20mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing for 28days etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with approved paint over a coat of primer of any approved shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, all labour and T&P required for the work including the cost of primer all other materials aetc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying and filling foundation and plinth with sandy soil, well watered & rammed with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials labour required for the work as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including royalty of materials

Supplying and fixing of 80 mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design, colour and size designed by block making machinewith proper compactionlaid in required pattern with cost of all labour materials etc complete as per the direction of Engg in Charge.
