For Bridge portion of the work, the bidder should have executed similar nature of work worth 75% (Bridge Works) of the estimated cost. The bidder needs to provide a certificate from the Engineer-in-Charge, not below the rank of Superintending Engineer, for the work performed as a prime contractor, including details such as project name, name of the employer, description of work, value of the contract, contract number, date of issue of the work order, stipulated date of completion, actual date of completion, and year-wise value of work done. The bidder should have the total financial turn over in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 (three) financial years taken together of the last proceeding five financial years. The bidder's available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding should be more than the total estimated cost of the works. The assessed available bid capacity is calculated as (A*N*2-B), where A is the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the current price level. The bidder should have executed civil engineering works with a minimum value, but the exact amount is not specified. However, the bidder's financial turnover certificate for civil engineering works should be submitted, showing the financial turnover for each financial year, along with the UDIN number. In terms of specific percentages, bidders who stand first lowest in multiple bids will undergo a combined evaluation to decide the number of works to be awarded to them.
