Providing Cement concrete (1:2:4) in foundation upto a required depth below ground level and upto a required height above ground level/bed level using with 12mm size crusher broken hard black granite chips including watering, curing,cost of all materials, conveyance of all materials to work site with additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty, all taxes etc all complete as per P.W.D specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge

RCC of design mix of M-20 grade of controlled qulity having cube strength of 300kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 16/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate of 10 mm. to 20mm. sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987, IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering & shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves, fan hooks wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties, DMF (10% over Royality),EMF(5% over Royality)& Addl.charges Cess and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of tor steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position ( to be paid separately as required for RCC works)

Supply of HYSD bars confirming to approved grade cutting bending , binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification ) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance, Cess of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge ( as approved by the Deptt. ) etc. complete (Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be bome by the contractor (standard CO-efficient of different size of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC - 21/1987) as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing compacted granular subbase using gravel moorum saticifying the P.I. value of good quality including cost, conveyance taxes, royality, cess of all materials and laying, spreading in uniform layers, watering and compacting to the required density in OMC with vibratory roller complete for finished item of work as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying of Heavy duty factory made hydraulically pressed and mechanically compacted free cast interlocking approved brand pavers of 80mm thick coral shaped on preparation of sub base with 50mm sand and levelling laying of interlocking paver block with sand binding and final compaction with plate vibrator finishing the surface including cutting of blocks at the edges with all labour and materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
