Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, inaccordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankement location with a lift of up to 1.5m and lead up to 1000m as per techincal specification clause 302.3as per sepification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fine dressing and turfing including transportation by mechanical means with all leads and lifts and placing of turfs in position and ramming with thapies including watering and cost of labour and all materials etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of Shoulder with approaved materials like Moorum obtained from locality with all lift and leads transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of tables 300.2 with all lead and lifts as per Technical Specification clause 303.1 and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling sand-Supplying & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing concrete for plain / reinforced concrete M-15 in open foundation complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification Clause 800,1100,1200 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement (M30) over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, Tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and as per Clause 602 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) as per drawing and Technical Specification as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation for foundtion of structures upto 3 m depth as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches excavated suitable material. and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

P.C.C(1:3:6) using 40mm size H.G.metal well rammed with cost, Conveyance , royality,taxes of all material and labour,T & P etc.Complete.

Plain cement concrete M-15 in Open Foundation complete as per Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 and 1204 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

In Super Structure

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1000 and 1200 of MoRD and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall etc.all complete as per Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 of MORD specification for Rural roads and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of MMSY information sign board as per approve drawing including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour, T & P etc. providing and fixing of retroreflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC: 67-2010 made of A.C.P. (Aluminium composite panel) used for sign boards with a thermoplastic core of low density polyethylene (LDPE) between two thick sheets of aluminium with over all thickness of 4mm and aluminum thickness of 0.5mm on both sides as per requirement in table 6.1 of IRC-67/2010 and as per technical specifically of clause 801.3 supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 40cm x 40cm x 60cm. 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing including excavation, curring but excluding the charges of GST etc. complete as per MoRD Technical Specification Clause 1701 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC-67-2012 made of Class-B retro-reflective sheeting of high intensity and high intensity prismatic grade sheeting as per ASTM D 4956-09 Type-III and IV strictly conforming to Clause 6.7 of IRC 67-2012 and vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 4.00 mm thick as per Clause 6.5.2 of IRC : 67-2012 or A.C.P. (Aluminium composite panel) used for sign boards with a thermoplastic core of low density polyethylene (LDPE) between two thick sheets of aluminium with over all thickness of 4mm and aluminum thickness of 0.5mm on both sides supported on mild steel frames as detailed below, firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete (100 cm x 100 cm x 120 cm), 15 cm above ground level as per approved drawing including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour, T & P, excavation, curing etc. complete, under supervision of Engineer-in-Charge.(3650 mm x 2450 mm Rectangle)

ASSET BOARD (Single Side) New size (3.65 m x 2.45 m)

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1701.2.2 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
