Per Sqcm. Including splays cutting, circular moulding and similar such type of work with necessary projections chamfering curbelling including watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royality taxes of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work M-25 having a minimum compressive strength(in work test) 250 Kg/cm.2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 12mm to 20mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing for 28days centering, shuttering, finishing the exposed surfacs inculding ceiling, smooth, providing grooves beads where necessary and providing, required No of fan Hooks as directed including, cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and cost, of all labour and T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of M.S.Rods or Tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending, binding and tying grills.

Supplying and fitting-fixing of Un-plasticised poly vinyl chloride (UPVC) (FENESTA / NCL / VEKA LTD.). Casement Door - 60- Series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 60mmx55mmx2.5mm for outer frames, 102mmx60mmx2.25mm for casement door sash profile and 74mmx60mmx2.5mm mulion profile capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanised up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 2.0 mm prefabricated and welded through fushion welding the door sash shall be fitted with 12mm thick WPC board of green play make duly fixed with EPDM wheathering seal resistance accessories like clipping locking system made of aluminium 1 No per set of sashes and the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing/deglazing at site etc, including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories , labour charges, materials and product confirming to ASTM D 638 -14, EN-477-95 and other applicable codes and standards.

Three track -Three panel sliding window-60-series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 108mmx45mmx2.5mm of outer frames and window sash of 39 mmx58mmx2.5mm capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanised up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.5 mm prefabricated and welded through fushion welding the window frame shall be fitted with 6mm thick clear touchenced glass of SAINT -GOBAIN make duly fixed with EPDM wheathering seal resistance and the system is to be installed using Unreinforced large coupler at the site using anchoner fasteners, silicon rubber sealant , easy glazing/deglazing at site etc, including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories , labour charges, materials and product confirming to ASTM D 638 -14, EN-477-95 and other applicable codes and standards.

Finishing wall surface Acrylic wall putty (Water based) with cost of putty &labour etc complete including 1% Cess and as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement washing one coat with cement over new plaster surface including cost of cement with all cost, conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work including 1 % CESS etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Priming one coat with any approved (water bound) primer etc complete including 1% Cess and as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering two coats to wall with approved distemper of approved shade including cost, conveyance & taxes of all material, labour etc complete as per specification and direction of the EIC

Finishing walls with weather coat of approved shade on new work two coat over acoat of primer to give an even shade including cost of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc required for the work complete. . as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing cement concrete(1:2:4) having a minimum compressive strength(in work test) 150 Kg/cm.2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 12mm to 20mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing for 28days etc complete including 1% Cess and as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing , fitting & fixing Steel Angle Iron doors & windows frame with M.S grill manufactured from standard rolled steel angle section 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm cornered of the frame duly metered and electrically welded with fish tail hold fasts made out of M.S flats of size 200 mm X 50 mm X 30 mm wide & 5 mm thick at the rate of 4 nos per frame with M.S hinges of size 75 mm & 14 SWG thick at the rate of 3 nos for each single leaf shutter tower bolt ring & M.S Grills made out of 19 mm x 5 mm flat properly welded to the window frame with one coat of anti corrosive red oxide zinc chrome primere as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge 1% cess and 12% GST .
