Fly Ash brick Masonary in cement morta (1:6) in foundation/superstructure using fly ash brick of 25cmx12cmx8cm size bricks having crushing strength in between 75 kg to 100kg per sq .cm with diamantion tolerance + 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & corbelling watering and curing for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalties DMF (10% over Royality),EMF(5% over Royality)& Addl.charges & all type of taxes of all materials & labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification direction of the E.I.C.

RCC of design mix of M-200 grade of controlled qulity having cube strength of 250kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 16/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate of 10 mm. to 20mm. sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987, IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering & shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves, fan hooks wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties, DMF (10% over Royality),EMF(5% over Royality)& Addl.charges Cess and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of tor steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position ( to be paid separately as required for RCC works)

Supply of HYSD bars confirming to approved grade cutting bending , binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification ) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance, Cess of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge ( as approved by the Deptt. ) etc. complete (Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be bome by the contractor (standard CO-efficient of different size of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC - 21/1987) as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing 2.5cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab using 6mm size hard broken granite chips with chicken mesh including cost, conveyance, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty of all materials taxes of all T&P with cess etc, required for the work etc complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying,Providing, fitting and fixing of vitrified tile(ivory) in floors of size (600 x 600mm) of approved make confirming to IS:13755 with application of polymer modified quick set cement based water resistant adhesive confirming IS:15477 of 3mm thick bed and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost, conveyance, royalties,DMF (10% over Royality),EMF(5% over Royality)& Addl.charges ,taxes of all materials & labour T&P and cess required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing 20 cm X 30 cm/30 cm X 30 cm vetrified tiles fixing in dadoos skriting and rises of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including polishing complete including cost of pre cast tiles watering & curing for 7 days with cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials & labour DMF (10% over Royality),EMF(5% over Royality)& Addl.charges T&P with cess required for the work etc, complete in all respect and surface finishing with polishing materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

12mm (1/2”) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to out side brick walls after cracking out of the joint including, watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, cess with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties DMF (10% over Royality),EMF(5% over Royality)& Addl.charges , etc. complete in all respect in all floors as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside surface of bricks walls/ stone masonary after racking out joints including watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, cess with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities royalties DMF (10% over Royality),EMF(5% over Royality)& Addl.charges ,etc completed in all respect in all floors as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

20mm (3/4") thick grading plaster with cement mortar (1:6) over roof slab chipping and chiseling the same and cleaning surface by wire brushing laid to proper slope finished smooth finished smooth to recieve tarfelt tratment watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, cess with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities DMF (10% over Royality),EMF(5% over Royality)& Addl.charges ,etc completed in all respect in all floors as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

M.S. Window Grill, made out of M.S. Flat conforming to IS: 2062/2006, painted with Red oxide primer, as per the design approved by the purchaser as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for fitting & fixing M.S. Window Grills including cost of screws complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting and fixing up partition walling OEL aluminum anodized section No. 9210 and 9207 as single groove and double groove respectively as horizontal and vertical memer and OEL section 4660 as Tapered clip for fixing up 12mm thick prelaminated board (Nova pan Make) and jointing angle No. 1855 including cost of materials all labour with T&P & Cess required for the work etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of two track UPVC sliding window of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting 2 coat with any approved synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer with brush to wood/iron work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials required for the work with all labour, T&P, Cess etc complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Distempering two coats to the wall surface with any approved shade over a coat of chalk wash including cost of distemper with conveyance royalities and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with cess etc, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface two coats with any approved weather shield cement paint to outer wall surface after celaning surface including cost of paint watering curing with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P and Cess required for the work etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
