Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Providin & laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment & roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing & laying Semi-dense bituminous concrete ( S D B C ) with batch type hot mix using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen as clause 508 of MoSRT & H. including 1% cess & as per direction of the EIC.

Earth work in cutting hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work embankment in all kind of soil from approved borrow areas & carriage by mechanical meanswithin 5km lead & laying on properly prepared surface including spreading, levelling the earth not exceeding 22.5cm in layers, Sectioning, Watering & Compacting with PRR for finished item of work including all cost, royalty, labour, T&P article required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing typical informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specification and drawing.Three MS Plates of 1.6mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5mm size on back edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm . The angle iron frame of lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. 75mm x 75mm x of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embeded in cement concrete M--15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm ,600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S will be stove enamelled on both sides.Lettering and printing arrows, boarder etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour.All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1

Reinforced Cement Concrete M15 grade kilometer stone / local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing etc. as per drawing and Technical specification Clause 1703.

Providing and fixing of semi-reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory signboard as per IRC-67 made of 1.5mm MS sheet duly stove white colour in front & gray on back with red reflective border of 65mm width & required letters & figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing clause 1701.2.2 of MORD and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.90 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, inaccordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankement location with a lift of up to 1.5m and lead up to 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause302.3

Removing all type of Hume Pipes and Stacking within a lead of 1000 metres including Earthwork and Dismantling of Masonry Works including T&P, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres.

Earthwork in excavation in hard soil as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305 and 1104 of MoRD includding setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto all lead & lift, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with excavated suitable material upto 3mt. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in Foundation and plinth with fine course sand in 23.5cm thick layers free from organic and materials,well watered and rammed including all cost,conveyance,royalty taxes all materials and all labour T & P articles required for the work including 1% cess etc, complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Plain Cement concrete in open foundation complete as per Drawing and tecnical specifications with cost of all labour and materials. PCC Gr M-15

Laying Reinforced Cement Concrete Pipe NP3/ Prestressed concrete pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, back filling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets as per Technical Specification Clause 1106.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification of semi-reflective sign boards as per IRC:67 made of 2mm thick M.S.sheet duly stove enamelled paint in white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective boarder of 70 mm width and required message, letters,figures with reflective engineering grade tape as per MORD specification of required shade and colour. Supported and welded on 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG Square tube of 3050mm height duly strengthened by 25mm x 5 mm M/s flats iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450mm X 450mm x 600mm,600mm below ground level as per approved drawing and technical specification clause 1701.

Supplying and fixing 15 cm dia 1.00 m long Guard post of RCC M20 using 3.5 kg. of steel for each guard post with 20 mm down graded granite chips including cost of all materials, reinforcement, centering, shuttering and watering etc. complete.

Maintenance of Hume pipe Culvert by way of clearing, cleaning, erosion repair, repairs to cracks, parapet wall and protection work as per drawing and technical specification clause 1908

White washing two coats on parapet walls and tree trunks including preparation of surface by cleaning scraping etc. as per MORD technical specifications Clause 1915
