The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having executed at least two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project, or one similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The value of similar works completed should be at least 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should also have a minimum of two similar works in the last five years, with a total value of not less than the estimated cost of the project. The bidder needs to provide information on the description of works, place and state, contract number, name and address of the employer, value of contract, stipulated period of completion, value of works remaining to be completed, and anticipated date of completion. The required prior work experience includes similar work, which means construction of a RCC frame Structure multistoried composite building executed under one agreement for any authority bodies of State Govt. / Central Govt./ Reputed Private Organization or Companies. The current price level for similar nature of work will be taken into consideration as per escalation factor. The bidder should have experience in similar nature of work, and the details of works executed during the last five years and works in hand are required to be submitted. The assessed available bid capacity, qualification of key personnel engaged, and similar nature of work are mentioned as evaluation criteria. The bidder should have a certain amount of work experience and financial capacity. The bidder is required to submit a list of works executed in the prescribed proforma, which includes information on similar nature of works completed. The bidder is also required to submit a list of works which are at present in their hand and a list of T&P. The bidder should prepare and submit the Technical Bid, which generally consists of information such as a list of similar nature of works, work in hand, and other required information. The value and percentage of similar works completed are 40% and 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The amount is not less than the estimated cost of the project. The percentage is 80% of the estimated cost of the project.
