Cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation & plinth with 4cm. crusher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & laying in layers not exceeding 150mm. thick with proper packing & ramming each layer of concrete by means of vibrator ,providing groove & beads where necessary including curing, dewatering, shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost, conveyance royality & taxes of all material required for the work including supplying & working pumps, T&P articles finishing the exposed surface smooth as per specific ation & direction of the Engineer-in Charge

Cement concrete M15 in foundation using 40 down size agreegate including cost, conveyance royality & taxes of etc complete with dewatering etc complete as per specific ation & direction of the Engineer-in Charge. (a) In Foundation

RCC of design mix of M-300 grade having specified characteristics compressive strength/ target mean strength of 300kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 216/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate of 20 mm down graded sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987 & IS 10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering , shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of for steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position ( to be paid separately as required for RCC works) (a) Foundation

Supply of HYSD bars confirming to grade S-415 cutting bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor (standard CO-efficient of different sizes of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC-21/1987)

Providing & laying of filter media with stone crushed aggregates of 45mm size satisfying the requirement s laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MORTH specification to a thickness of not less than 600mm withg smaller size towards the soil & bigger size towards . Back of Abutment

Gravel backing to revetments & slopes of road embankment with good laterite granular moorum of approved quality including conveying of moorum from stacks stacked at work site or at approved stacking yard with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes & labour required for the work etc., complete as per the specification & direction of the E-I-C .

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments of desgned thickness on slope using 30cm and above size hard broken granite stones of approved quality free from weathering skin and from approved quarry including filling the interestices with small stones spalls etc. with cost, conveyance and royalty and with all leads and lifts and taxes of all materials and labour T&P etc. complete in all respects (the weight of each stone shall not be less than 50kg to 70kg) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep holes in the abutment & wing walls 8.00cm. X 23.00cm. size including metal spall backing 30cm X 30cm. size in rear complete as per the approved design & drawing including providing centering & shuttering with cost, conveyance, royality & taxes of all materials articles etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats cement base paint over a coat of cement wash to concrete surface including cost of paint etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement grouting aprons & revetment 15cm deep with cement concrete (1:3:6) with 2.5cm c.b.h.g. stone aggregate including cost & conveyance of materials, labour , royalty, taxes, curing but excluding cost of gunny bags etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Reuse of excavated earth available from excavation including rolling with PRR etc. complete to shape.etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material transporting to site by mechanical means within 5Km. lead including spreading, grading & compacting as per table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT&H specification as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing granular sub-base using gravel having CBR value not less than 20 & PI value not more than 6 mix with required proportion of sand of approved quality including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes including cost of T&P articles required for the work etc. complete & labour for spreading moorum in layers not exceeding 23cm. thickness watering & compacting to the required density at OMC with power road roller including cost & carriage of water, all articles with hire & running charges of machineries such as PRR etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Fixing anchoring bars upto 25mm to 38mm dia to the foundation of piers and abutments after drilling holes grouting with cement or cement mortar as per approved proportion, etc. all complete but excluding cost of rods etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing anchoring bars upto 25mm to 38mm dia at free end to pier and abutments with 65mm dia G.I. pipe & drilling & grouting but excluding cost of rods etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing 30 mm thick compressible strip sealant joint etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixingTar paper bearing below deck slab at pier & abutment. etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing 15cm dia 1.0m long guard posts of RCC M-20 using 7.5 Kg of steel for each guard post with 20 mm size h.g. stone chips including cost of reinforcement, materials, centering & shuttering, watering but excluding cost of gunny bags etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of Prestressed / Reinforced cement concrete grade M-20 & above including and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres including cost of labour , royalty & taxes etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of informatory sign board 1.2m x 1.0m x 1.6 mm M.S. plate with 2 Nos angle iron post along with excavation, PCC in post, painting & lettering etc. complete to shape as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing grass & removal of rubbish on both sides of the road to facilitate widening berms, disposal of stuff including all labours, T&P articles as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Rolling and compacting to sub grade or formation loosening by cutting ordinary earth for 0.15 Mtr. depth including watering and rolling by PRR as per specification and direction of Engineer-in Charge

Construction of Subgrade with Improved soil by mixing sand with local earth, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing 75mm. compacting thickness metalling with following size of metal including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes including cost of T&P articles required for the work etc. complete & labour for spreading & laying metal of all sizes in layers to proper camber & grade including hand packing & compacting with PRR conveying moorum from stacks,filling the interstics spreading the same over the metalled surface in required quantities watering,including carriage of water consolidating with PRR including hire & running charges of PRR & all other machineries cost & conveyance of water articles excluding the cost of metal & moorum required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge . Providing & applying primer coat with bituminous emulsion on prepared surface of granular sub-base including clearing of road surface & sparying primerat the rate of 0.6Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works ( 4th revision )

Providing bituminous Tack Coat of bituminous materials @ 4.00kg/ 10 Sqm on existing mettaled surface including cleaning the surface including primer coat with cost,carriage, royality of all materials , hire & running charges of mechinaries, etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge and as per MORTH Technical Specification Clause No. 503 and 501.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using S-60/70 penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per Technical Specification Clause 508 of MoRD including cost, lead, lift royality and taxes of all materials, hire & running charges of mechinaries , etc complete and as per direction of the Engineer -in- charge.

Providing & applying premix seal coat using 0.06 cum of 6mm. Size chips & down graded as per sieve analysis & good river sand & 6.8 kg. of bitumen for 10sqm including hire & running charges of mechinaries , labour, T&P required for the work as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material transporting to site by mechanical means within 5Km. lead including spreading, grading & compacting as per table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT&H specification as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge..(a) Carriage earth by mechanical means

Furnishing and laying of the live sods of perennial turf forming grass on embankment slope, verges or other locations shown on the drawing or as directed by the engineer including preparation of ground, fetching of sods and watering as per technical specification.

Supplying & fixing of Traffic Signs and cautionary sign boards etc including painting & writing etc complete and as per direction of the Engineer -in- charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil including moorum & stoney earth & gravel mixed with boulders with all leads & lifts including dressing the sides & leveling the bed of the foundation to the required width & required depth including shoring shuttering, propping bullah, pilling, dewatering from foundation supplying & working of pumps including hire & running charges of pumps & all machineries required for the work & providing coffer dam if required & stacking the excavated materials away from the working areas as directed by the Engineer-in -Charge complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge, below bed level. Providing P.C.C. (1:3:6) with 4cm size h.g. metal of approved quality in foundation / floor including hoisting laying concrete, cost & conveyance of materials, labour ,T&P, royalty, taxes, curing etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
