Technical Capacity
The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of successful completion of similar works during the last 5 years. The similar works criteria are as follows:
- One Similar Work of ₹ 40.42 Crores;
- Two Similar Works of ₹ 25.26 Crores each;
- Three Similar Works of ₹ 20.21 Crores each.
The cost of completed works of previous financial years shall be given weightage of 10% per year based on rupee value to bring them to the price level up to the year of bid invitation.
Specific experience requirements for personnel include:
- Project Manager: 15 years in building construction/supervision
- Building Construction Engineer: 10 years in building construction/supervision
- Structural Engineer: 10 years in building design/construction/supervision
- Electrical Engineer: 10 years in building construction/supervision
- Architect: 10 years in building design/construction/supervision
The evaluation of experience in similar works is based on the number of completed projects:
- 1 completed project: 1 mark
- 2 to 3 completed projects: 2 marks
- 4 or more completed projects: 3 marks
The bidder should have completed similar works with a value that meets the minimum eligibility criteria. The evaluation of experience in similar project works is as follows:
60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria,
100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more,
and pro-rata basis for values in between.
No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, other than the value of each similar work. Subcontracting components of the works shall be limited to 30% of the Contract Price. Maximum number of Sub-contracting allowed is TWO.
