Earth work by mechanical means

Loosering, levelling and compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment scarified to a depth of 150mm. mixed with water of OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for embankment construction as per Technical Specfication Clauser 301.4.1

Constructing granular Sub-Base grading -III by providing well graded local materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface,mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Technical specification clause 401 of MORD including cost,conveyance royality and taxes of all materials required for the workall labour & T & P required and as direction by the Engineer-In-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriag of mixed material by Tiper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on wel prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H specification for Road and Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion(SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70/1.0 Kg./Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical specification Clause 502 of MORD for low porosity surface including cost,lead,.lift, royality and taxes of all materials required for the work etc.complete and as direction by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. of MORD including cost,lead , lift,royality and taxes of all materials required for the work etc. complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with Hot Mix Plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 grade of Bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydroustatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge work

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) AR-175/47

Fine dressing turfing including transportation of turfs by mechanical means with all leads & lifts and placing of turfs in postion and ramming with thapies including water and cost of labour & all materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing ,laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing ,rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming crushable screening in Grading 'B' to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the required density including cost,lead lift royality and taxes of all meterials required for the work ,all labour & T&P required as per Technical Specification Clause 405 of MORD by manual means etc. complete and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete , thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,

Earth work in excavation for foundation of structures upto 3M. depth as per drawing and technical specification clause 305/1104 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing,removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved excavated materials etc.complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing CC (1:2.5:5) Mix ( M15 )with 20mm nominal size stone aggregates in foundations upto a depth of 1.5 Mt. below ground level and upto a height of 1.5 Mt. above GL/BL including Cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all leabour charges complete .

Providing and fixing of typical MMSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting & fixing of Km stone & 200 mtr stone with R.C.C (1:1 1/2:3) using 12mm size H.G.Chips including centring shuttring & cutting bending ,binding the grills & placing in position painting & writting the letters etc including cost conveyance of all materials complete as per MORD specification & as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1701.2.2
