Providing & applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granlar base including clearing of road surface and spraying @ 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying tack coat over the prepared surface of penetration grade of bitumen (80/100) after scrapping clearing the road surface with cost conveyance royality T &P taxes of bitumen & other all materials including hiire and running charges of Tar boiler and labour charges as required for the item of work etc complete including cess as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge. i) Over grannular surface 3.00 Kg/10 sqm

Providing & laying 20mm thick premix carpet using 0.18 Cum of 13.2 mm and 0.09 cum of 11.2 mm size chips for 10sqm on road surface using 14.60 Kg. penetration grade of bitumen (80/100) for 10 Sqm over the prepared surface including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR inclusive of hire and running charges of PRR, bitumen mixtures, tar boilers and all other T&P articles and also including cost conveyance royalties & taxes of chips and bitumen with cost of all labour charges & cess etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 6mm thick pre-coated seal coat type ‘B’ using 0.06 cum of 6.7 MM size h.b.g. chips and down graded as per sieve analysis per 10 Sqm and 6.8 Kg of bitumen(80/100) for 10 sqm on the road surface area & rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries, cost, conveyance & royality of maxphalt, 6mm size hard black granite chips with all labour, T&P and Cess required for the work etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying laterite moorum of approved quality from approved quarry satisfying P.I value not more than 6 & CBR value more than 20 spreading on road surface to required slope & camber including watering & compacting to the required density in OMC with 8T-IOT PRR to the required thicknes including cost, conveyance, royalty T&P taxes of all materials required for the work with hire & running charges of PRR & Cess etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & installing of mearsurement stones with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 12mm size chips including cost convenance,royalites & taxes of all materials including cost reinforcement with Cess etc.complete as per specification of Rural Roads & direction of E-I-C. i) Km stone

Supplying and fixing 15cm dia 1.00m long guard post of RCC M20 using 3.5 kg of steel for each guard post with 20mm down graded granite chips including cost of all materials, reinforcement, centering, shuttering and watering etc. complete.

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge
