Providing compacted granular subbase using gravel or moorum with sand admixture saticifying the P.I. value of good quality including cost, conveyance taxes, royality, cess of all materials and laying, spreading in uniform layers, watering and compacting to the required density in OMC with vibratory roller complete for finished item of work as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63mm to 45mm size (Gr-II) / 53mm to 22.4mm size (Gr-III) WBM specification (75mm compacted thickness) as follows including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials of moorum or gravel with sand admixture to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machinaries including all labour, T&P and cost, conveyance royality, Cess & taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Clearing the existing granular base surface including removal of binding materials and other foreign materials with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous and including royality of soil with cost of all labour, T&P & with Cess, Royality etc. complete in all respect as specification and direction of the EIC

Providing applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ of 4 Kg per 10 sqm on the prepared granular base treated with primer cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoRST&H including cost, conveyance royality, Cess of all materials, T&P labour, hire charges of machinaries etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying 20mm thick Premix Carpet using 0.27 cum of 13.2 mm to 5.6mm size crusher stone chipping and 14.60 Kg penetration grade of 60/70 bitumen for 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR inclusive of hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant, bitumen boiler and all other T&P articles including cost, conveyance, royality, Cess, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 6mm thick pre-coated seal coat using 0.06 cum of 6.7mm size chips as per sieve analysis and 6.8 Kg of 60/70 bitumen per 10 sqm including hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant, bitumen boiler and all other T&P articles including cost, conveyance, royality, Cess, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard or gravelly soil with all leads & lifts including dressing the sides & leveling the bed of the foundation to the required width & required depth including shoring shuttering, propping bullah, pilling, dewatering from foundation supplying & working of pumps including hire & running charges of pumps & all machineries required for the work & providing coffer dam if required & stacking the excavated materials away from the working areas with Cess complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge/culvert or at any approved portion of road and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days as per MoRD technical specification Clause 1501 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing expansion joints for concrete roads with approved materials as per specification including cost, conveyance, Cess & taxes of all materials, all labour and T&P etc. complete for finishing item of work as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
