RCC of design mix of M-30grade having specified characteristics compressive strength/ target mean strength of 300kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 216/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate of 20mm. down graded sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987 & IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering , shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of tor steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position ( to be paid separately as required for RCC works)

R.C.C M30 using 20mm down graded HG chips etc complete.(Dirt Walls)

Supply of HYSD bars confirming to grade S-415 cutting bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor (standard CO-efficient of different sizes of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC-21/1987)

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments of desgned thickness on slope using 30cm and above size hard broken granite stones of approved quality free from weathering skin and from approved quarry including filling the interestices with small stones spalls etc. with cost, conveyance and royalty and with all leads and lifts and taxes of all materials and labour T&P etc. complete in all respects (the weight of each stone shall not be less than 50kg to 70kg) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 600mm thick filter media in the rear of abutment and wing walls with 5cm size and down graded hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost, conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials T&P articles required for the work etc. complete.

Providing weep holes in the abutment & wing walls 8.00cm. X 23.00cm. size including metal spall backing 30cm X 30cm. size in rear complete as per the approved design & drawing including providing centering & shuttering with cost, conveyance, royality & taxes of all materials T&P articles etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of RCC Guard post of 150mm dia and IM long in RCC (1:2:4) using 12 mm size h:g chips etc. complete.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall & return wall complete including all cost, carriage, royality & labour as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing fitting & fixing expansion joints with bitumen joint filler 12 mm. thick & joint sealing compound at top with cost, conveyance taxes of all materials labour & T&P etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing granular sub-base using gravel having CBR value not less than 20 & PI value not more than 6 mix with required proportion of sand of approved quality including quarrying, collecting, conveying & stacking at work site or at approved stacking yard beyond the trafficable berms for pre- measurement good laterite moorum of approved quality from approved quarry including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes including cost of T&P articles required for the work etc. complete & labour for conveying from stacks, stacked at work site or at approved stacking yard spreading moorum in layers not exceeding 23cm. thickness watering & compacting to the required density at OMC with power road roller including cost & carriage of water, all T&P articles with hire & running charges of machineries such as PRR etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing 75mm. compacting thickness metalling with following size of metal including quarrying, collecting, conveying & stacking at work site or at approved stacking yard beyond the trafficable berms for premeasurement of hard stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes including cost of T&P articles required for the work etc. complete & labour for conveying from stacks,stacked at work site or at approved stacking yard spreading & laying metal of all sizes in layers to proper camber & grade including hand packing & compacting with PRR conveying moorum from stacks,filling the interstics spreading the same over the metalled surface in required quantities watering,including carriage of water consolidating with PRR including hire & running charges of PRR & all other machineries cost & conveyance of water T&P articles excluding the cost of metal & moorum required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (measurement will not be taken for quantity of filler materials, compacted thickness to be measured as 75mm. thick)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 of MORD

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Providing and erecting of Biju Setu Yojana (BSY) Main informatory sign board (MIB) of retro-reflective sign boards as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area exceeding 1.44 sqm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 2 Nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing
