RCC of design mix of M-300 grade having specified characteristics compressive strength/ target mean strength of 300kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 216/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate of 20 mm down graded sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987 & IS 10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering , shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of for steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position ( to be paid separately as required for RCC works) Raft. . Supply of HYSD bars confirming to grade S-415 cutting bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor (standard CO-efficient of different sizes of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC-21/1987)

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position of single strip seal expansion joint including anchorage catering to a horizontal movement beyond 70mm and up to 140mm as per drawing & Technical specification to be installed by the manufactures/supplier ensuring compliance to the manufactures instructions for installation etc.complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position 20mm thick premoulded joint filter in expansation joint for fixed ends of simply supported spans not exceeding 10m to cater for a horizontal movement upto 20mm, covered with sealant etc. complete to shape as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep holes in the abutment & wing walls 8.00cm. X 23.00cm. size including metal spall backing 30cm X 30cm. size in rear complete as per the approved design & drawing including providing centering & shuttering with cost, conveyance, royality & taxes of all materials articles etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying of filter media with stone crushed aggregates of 45mm size satisfying the requirement s laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MORTH specification to a thickness of not less than 600mm withg smaller size towards the soil & bigger size towards etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Back filling with granular material behind abutment, wing wall & return wall complete including all cost, carriage, royalty & labour etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Back side Abutment

Painting two coats cement base paint over a coat of cement wash to concrete surface including cost of paint etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with enamel paint over a coat of promer in kerb including cost of paint etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Gravel backing to revetments & slopes of road embankment with good laterite granular moorum of approved quality including conveying of moorum from stacks stacked at work site or at approved stacking yard with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes & labour required for the work etc., complete as per the specification & direction of the E-I-C .

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments of desgned thickness on slope using 30cm and above size hard broken granite stones of approved quality free from weathering skin and from approved quarry including filling the interestices with small stones spalls etc. with cost, conveyance and royalty and with all leads and lifts and taxes of all materials and labour T&P etc. complete in all respects (the weight of each stone shall not be less than 50kg to 70kg) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting trees rank vegetation,grass,bushes,shrubs,spallings and girth up to 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of surviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 meters etc.complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road way cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in road embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts transforting to site,spreading,grading to required slope and compacting at OMC by vibratory roller to meet the requirement including cost,conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials etc. complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork in cutting in hard soil in road embankment etc. within 50minitial leads and 1.5. m initial lifts including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30m in depth etc.complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer in charge

Providing granular sub-base using gravel having CBR value not less than 20 & PI value not more than 6 mix with required proportion of sand of approved quality including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes including cost of articles required for the work etc. complete & labour for spreading moorum in layers not exceeding 23cm. thickness watering & compacting to the required density at OMC with voabratory roller including cost & carriage of water, all articles with hire & running charges of machineries such as PRR etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing 75mm. compacting thickness metalling with following size of metal including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes including cost of T&P articles required for the work etc. complete & labour for spreading & laying metal of all sizes in layers to proper camber & grade including hand packing & compacting with PRR conveying moorum from stacks,filling the interstics spreading the same over the metalled surface in required quantities watering,including carriage of water consolidating with PRR including hire & running charges of PRR & all other machineries cost & conveyance of water articles excluding the cost of metal & moorum required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge . Providing & applying primer coat with bituminous emulsion on prepared surface of granular sub-base including clearing of road surface & sparying primerat the rate of 0.6Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per including hire & running charges of mechinaries , labour, required for the work as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing bituminous Tack Coat of bituminous materials @ 4.00kg/ 10 Sqm on existing mettaled surface including cleaning the surface including primer coat with cost,carriage, royality of all materials , hire & running charges of mechinaries, etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using S-60/70 penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per Technical Specification Clause 508 of MoRD including cost, lead, lift royality and taxes of all materials, hire & running charges of mechinaries , etc complete and as per direction of the Engineer -in- charge.

Providing & applying premix seal coat using 0.06 cum of 6mm. Size chips & down graded as per sieve analysis & good river sand & 6.8 kg. of bitumen for 10sqm including hire & running charges of mechinaries , labour, required for the work as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of moorum shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts transporting to site, spreading,grading to slope and compacted to meet etc. all complete but excluding cost of rods etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying,fitting,fixing of road sign board as per approve drawing including cost,conveyance,royalty,taxes of all materials, labour etc. providing and fixing of retroflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign made of ACP (Aluminium Composite panel) used for signs boards with a thermoplastic core of low density polyethylene (LDPE) between two thick sheets of aluminium with all thickness of 4mm and aluminium thickness of 0.50mm on both sides as per requirement and as per technically specially supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75x75x6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 40x40x60cm below ground level as per drawing including excavation, curring etc. complete under the supervision of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:2.5:5) in foundation & plinth with 12mmm. crusher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & laying in layers not exceeding 150mm. thick with proper packing & ramming each layer of concrete by means of vibrator ,providing groove & beads where necessary including curing, dewatering, shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost, conveyance royality & taxes of all material required for the work including supplying & working pumps, T&P articles finishing the exposed surface smooth as per specific ation & direction of the Engineer-in Charge.
