Supplying & filling good clean river sand in the foundation and approach road including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost. Conveyance royality & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work complete ( measurement will be taken for compacted section as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.)

RCC of design mix of M-250grade having specified characteristics compressive strength/ target mean strength of 250kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 216/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate of 20mm down graded sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987 & IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering , shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of tor steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position (to be paid separately as required for RCC works)

Supply of HYSD bars confirming to grade S-415 cutting bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance royalities of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor (standard CO-efficient of different sizes of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC-21/1987)

Providing weep holes in the abutment & wing walls 8.00cm. X 23.00cm. size including metal spall backing 30cm X 30cm. size in rear complete as per the approved design & drawing including providing centering & shuttering with cost, conveyance, royality & taxes of all materials T&P articles etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments of desgned thickness on slope using 30cm and above size hard broken granite stones of approved quality free from weathering skin and from approved quarry including filling the interestices with small stones spalls etc. with cost, conveyance and royalty and with all leads and lifts and taxes of all materials and labour T&P etc. complete in all respects (the weight of each stone shall not be less than 50kg to 70kg) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providng Gravel backing to revetment and slope as per approved drawing section 2500 of MORT&H Specifications for road & bridge works (4th Revision) including cost, conveyance & royality of all materials to site and as per direction of Engineer in charge

Providing& laying 600mm. thick filter media in the rear of abutment & wing walls with 45mm. size & down graded clean hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry with smaller size towards soil & bigger size towards wall & providing over the entire surface behind the abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height complete to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 2504 of MORTH & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including cost,conveyance, royality & taxes of all labour, materials T&P articles required for the work etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing of RCC Guard post of 150 mm dia and IM long in RCC (1:2:4) using 12 mm size h.g chips etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall & return wall with granular materials complete including all cost, carriage, royality & labour as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing fitting & fixing strip seal joints with bitumen joint filler 12 mm. thick & joint sealing compound at top with cost, conveyance taxes of all materials labour & T&P etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying tar paper of approved design & drawing & specification of Ministery of Transport Govt. of India filling the joints with approved joint sealing compound as per required for the work etc. complete.

Dismentling & removing RCC structure icluding stacking the useful materials for reuse & removing the debries within 50mtr lead etc. complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Clearing and Gurbing road land including up rooting wild vegitation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unservicable materials and stacking servicable materials to be used as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing granular sub-base having CBR value not less than 20 & PI value not more than 6 mix with required proportion of sand of approved quality including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes including cost of T&P articles required for the work etc. complete & labour for spreading moorum in layers not exceeding 23cm. thickness watering & compacting to the required density at OMC with power road roller including cost & carriage of water, all T&P articles with hire & running charges of machineries such as PRR etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing 75mm. compacting thickness metalling with following size of metal including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes including cost of T&P articles required for the work etc. complete & labour for yard spreading & laying metal of all sizes in layers to proper camber & grade including hand packing & compacting with PRR conveying moorum from stacks,filling the interstics spreading the same over the metalled surface in required quantities watering,including carriage of water consolidating with PRR including hire & running charges of PRR & all other machineries cost & conveyance of water T&P articles excluding the cost of metal & moorum required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm per using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing bituminous Tack Coat of bituminous materials @ 0.40 kg /Sqm on existing Bituminous surface including labour for cleaning the existing Bituminous surface , cost, conveyance, royality of bitumen, hire & running charges of mechinaries and T &P etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge and as per MORTH Technical Specification Clause No. 503 and 501.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen,transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) etc. complete and as per direction of the Engineer -in- charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, grading to required slope and compacting with PRR to bring it upto OMC condition as per requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision) etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials to site as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (Payment will be made on compacted thickness and as per level section only)
