R.C.C. work ofproportion(1:1:5:3) using 12mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying & compacting concrete, watering and curing for 4 weeks, centering, shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth to recieve painting or white or colour wasing providing grooves or beads where necessary with cost, conveyance, royality, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, of all materials and labour with T&P Cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charge for straightening, cutting, bending, binding etc. of the M.S. Rods or Tor steel and binding wire and laying the grills and placing in proper position etc complete and as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and supplying of HYSD bars confirming toapproved grade including straightening cutting bending bindiing lapping , welding etc confirming to ISI specification) & jointing if neCessary by lapping & tying the grills &placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design placing the grills in position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 guage including Cess etc complete as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge
