Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 with 12 mm nominal size of hand or crusher broken hand granite stone aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry in foundation up to a depth of 1.5m.below ground level and up to a height of 1.5m above Ground level or Bed level including hoisting, lowering and laying in position in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick with proper packing and ramming to proper slope and level including curing dewatering, shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost,conveyance, royalty,taxes of all materials required for the work, including supplying and working of pumps and all other materials required for the work, including all labour finishing the exposed surface, smooth, providfing grooves and beads where ever necessary etc. complete as per spoecification for Road and Bridge works and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash Brick masonary brick size of 25x12x8cm having crushing srength not less than 75kg per cm2 with dimension tolerance 8percent in C.M. 1:6 in foundation and plinth including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour etc. complete including watering and curing for required period as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Fly Ash Brick masonary brick size of 25x12x8 c.m having crushing srength not less than 75kg per cm2 with dimension tolerance 8percent in C.M.1:6 in Superstructure including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour etc. complete including watering and curing for required period as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Removing Old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking out joints 12 mm deep and removing the debris within 50 m lead as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge. .

Supplying ,Fitting and Fixing up window sliding type made up aluminum section 9778 as windows frame section No 4095 , 4096 and 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber bending including lucking arrangement including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes , labour , excluding cost of glass etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of false ceilling with Aluminum anodised T section No 3215 with 2'-0" center to centre, L section No 1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C plug and the Aluminium grid 2'-0" x 2'-0" using 12.5 mm thick gypsum board of size 6'x4'suspended from ceilling etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing fitting fixing wooden panelling to walls, whereever necessary panelling will be done with 25mm & 9mm fire resistant & termite proof BWP ply (confirming to I.S 5509) wherever required to be provided and finished with 1mm thick laminate of approved shade and colour as per the drawing. The rate inludes cost of cut-outs, fixation,other accessories, labour etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing & Supplyng "Armstrong wood wall panelling with sqaure edges made of fibre glass of 25 mm thick and wrapped onthe front side with an acsoutically transparent and fire resistant fabric with an option of colours as per the choice of the architect/person in charge of size G14/G28 (2440x128x15 mm) providing a minimum sound absorption level of 0.90 NRC to be fixed to wall using wall pannel impellers supplied by M/S Armstrong Industries ,India Pvt. ltd or construction adhessive as per the instructions laid down by the manufctures .The rate include all complete with materials ,labour etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge.

12mm thick cement plaster 1:6 finished smooth to outside surface of brick wall after racking out the joints scraping and cleaning the surface including watering and curing for specified period etc. complete including all cost and conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Finishing wall surfaces with Acrylic wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surfaces to receive painting including cost of all materials taxes, labour etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge.

Wall painting 2-coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work 1coats to give an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Finishing walls with weather coat two coats over a coat of cement primer to outer wall surface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats over wood and iron work with approved Enamel paint over a coat of primming, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.
