Cement concrete of M-15 grade having maximum compressive strength of 150kg./cm2 (test to be conducted ) on 150 mm. cubes tested at 28 days curing (test to be conducted in accordance with IS 456/IS 516) & conforming to clause -302 of IRC 21/1987 using clean crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of 40mm size down grade of approved quality (to be tested in the laboratory) obtained from approved quarry. The proportion mix, grading conforming to relevant ISI/IRC codes pre-approved including arranging of reinforcement as per approved drawing including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 150mm thick each compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering , shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties & taxes of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work complete in all respects including dismantling the centering & shuttering as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.In Levelling course

Supply of HYSD bars confirming to grade Fe-500 cutting bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor (standard CO-efficient of different sizes of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC-21/1987)

Supplying,Testing, fitting, fixing in position Neoprene bearing as per approved design & specification including fixing with resin including cost conveyance taxes of all materials with cost of all labour T&P & other machineries required for the work complete in respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The bearing should confirm to the latest MOST & should be tested before use( test certificate to be furnished).

Supplying fitting fixing in position Single strip seal expansion joint including anchorage catering to a horizontal movement beyond 70mm and up to 140mm as per drawing & Technical specifications to be installed by the manufactures / supplier ensuring compliance to the manufactures instructions for installations.

Providing weep holes in Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing face including metal spall backing 30cm x 30cm size in rear complete as per the approved design & drawing including providing shuttering with cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials, labour etc complete in all respect as per specification & direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Filter Media with stone aggregates of 45mm size HB Stone satisfying requirements laid down in as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Clause 2504.2.2 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision).

Back filling with granular material behind abutment, wing wall & return wall complete including all cost, carriage, royality & labour as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing Drainage spout in deck slab complete as per drawing and technical specifications

Supplying and fixing 15cm dia 1.00m long guard posts / Boundary Pillar of RCCM-15 using 7.5 Kg of steel for each guard post with 20mm size H.G (c.B) chips including cost of all reinforcement and materials centering shuttering and watering carrying etc, complete.

Finishing with water proofing Cement paint of approved shade on new work 2 coats to give an even shade excluding cost of paint.(Out side of Crash barrier)

Painting two coats over a coat of primer with approved synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered/concrete surface as per drawing and technical specification under section 1700 of MORD.

Gravel backing to revetments & slope of road embankment with good quality moorum ,conveying of moorum from stacks stacked at work side or at approved stacking yard with cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & required for the work complete in all respect & as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Rough stone dry packing in aprons , revetments & slope of road embankment of designed thickness using 30cm and above size hard broken granite stone of approved quality including, filling the interstices with small stones spalls etc. with cost, conveyance, royalty and with all leads and lift & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & etc complete in all respect ( the weight of each stone shall not be less than 50 Kg to 70Kg) and as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying , Laying & Fixing in position NP3 RCC hume pipe of following size with collars or encasing the joint with cement concrete (1:2:4) for culvert including cost of hume pipe, all labour etc. & conveying the hume pipes from approved stacking yard at road side with all leads & lift etc. complete including cost, carriage and taxes of concrete pipes as per the specification & direction of Engineer - in- Charge.1000mm dia

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting trees rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres etc.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road way cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-1 and 300.2 as per technical specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Earth work for road embankment in all kinds of soil from approved borrow areas including all leads & lifts & carriage with mechanical means on properly prepared & scientifically approved surface including spreading leveling earth in 22.50 cm. layers to make ready for compaction with PRR to bring it upto OMC condition as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded Stone Screening Grading-II material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc .

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of H.G stone screening / binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 404 of MoSRT&H specifications including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour charges, etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MOSRT & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th.Revision)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion distributor @ 0.20kg/sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per clause 503 of MOSRT & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th.Revision)

Providing ,laying and rolling of Open Graded Pre-Mix Carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using S-60/70 penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with three wheel 80-10kN static Roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying premix seal coat 6mm thick precoated seal coat Type-B using 0.06cum of 6.7mm size chips as per sieve analysis and 6.8kg of bitumen per 10sqm including hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant tar and all labours and etc.

Construction of moorum shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table no 300-2

Supplying, fitting, fixing of roads sign board as per approve drawing including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour, T & P etc. providing and fixing of retroreflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC: 67-2010 made of A.C.P. (Aluminium composite panel) used for sign boards with a thermoplastic core of low density polyethylene (LDPE) between two thick sheets of aluminium with over all thickness of 4mm and aluminum thickness of 0.5mm on both sides as per requirement in table 6.1 of IRC-67/2010 and as per technical specifically of clause 801.3 supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 40cm x 40cm x 60cm. 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing including excavation, curring etc. complete under the supervision of Engineer-in-charge.1800mmx1200mm size board.
